The food was delicious but extremely overpriced, $8 for a tiny cup of coleslaw or a small piece of cornbread, you order the food before you sit, I asked for water and was told to get it myself, tips are not optional but automatically included, it wasn't worth the price.

Food that will make you want to call your mom and tell her you love her. All around genius from the chicken to the cornbread to the drinks. I havent tried a single thing here that doesn't make me want to close my eyes and savor it. 13/10 This is your sign to stop reading reviews and get in line.

Omg. This is amazing. No longer need to drive to Kendall for great BBQ! Go early since like all good BBQ they sell out. Beef rib was to die for and super reasonably priced. Spare ribs and brisket also fantastic. Corn bread is so good we took an order to go. Mac and cheese also great. So excited to have this in the grove!!

Food was fantastic and the service was great too!!! The brisket, pulled pork and spare ribs were my favorite, the sides were also delicious and the cornbread was amazing especially with the flaky sea salt on top! Definitely the best bbq I’ve had!!

Everything here is absolutely amazing. The smoked beef rib is to die for (I mean melt off the bone and for 2 ppl. And at less than $60 one of the cheapest I’ve seen (at Apocalypse this was over $100 and they only have on special). The ribs and brisket are fantastic, sauces unique. Corn bread and Mac and cheese addictive. I plan to go back to try the chicken and pulled pork next week. Good Bbq sells out - this is the same in Texas and here. We went at 5pm on a Friday to make sure we could be seated quickly and have no sold out items. Those who think prices are high haven’t been to the new restaurants in Miami where $200+ this is now sadly the norm with meat prices, rent and personnel costs — at least this food is great and not replicable at home. A gem in Coconut Grove. PS - Jeff, Nile and Chris at the bar are fantastic. Cocktails are great too!

The food was delicious. I truly don’t understand the reviews that other people wrote, they either don’t have taste buds or maybe they are discriminating… (insert I dunno emoji here). I had the pulled pork, ribs, Mac n cheese, collard greens and corn bread - I have nothing but great things to say about each. First of all, the ribs were yum. Meat fell right off of the bone! Pulled pork, I wanted to stuff my face with it all but my nutritionist said I should only have 4oz of meat per serving so I limited my intake. Mac n cheese was delicious - my kids tore. It up. I’m lactose intolerant but still had a bite (insert side eye emoji), corn bread…. (Raises hand to Jesus or Ganesha) I can’t wait to have more… collard greens… next time ima listen to my friend who told me to pour it on the corn bread and then to put pulled pork on top of that and then eat it… I was like whhhaaaaaatttt?!?! That’s wild but I’m gona try it next time (insert another side eye) all of this to say, don’t miss this spot and shout out to Franklin who took care of us.

I recently visited The Drinking Pig and was not impressed. The food, which included a beef rib, a pound of brisket, and sides, was priced at $160. I was expecting great service with enthusiasm and kindness, but instead, I encountered a dry, monotone vibe. Our server seemed disinterested and unengaged, and it truly felt like he didn't want to work that day. Additionally, being from Texas and expecting a central Texas-inspired BBQ, I was disappointed that the food didn't meet those standards. The brisket and beef rib could have been more tender, but they were not. I can at least say I tried it, but I highly doubt I'll come back.

I'm not going there EVER AGAIN. From de parking, I saw two of the workers fitting with another guy. Literally, the chef and another worker throwing punches to a guy like savages. It made me feel like the place is not safe at all.

Perfect barbecue food in the heart of Coconut Grove! Will be back to update with pictures; however, that’s not a promise. Food will probably get vacuumed faster than you could take a picture.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top 10 New Restaurants in Miami — Drinking Pig
Drinking Pig is hands down one of the best new restaurant experiences in Miami — and without exaggeration, this may be the best BBQ in the world.
The brisket is absolutely out of this world: perfectly smoked, tender, and packed with deep flavor. The spare ribs are on another level — fall-off-the-bone, juicy, and expertly seasoned. This is BBQ done right, with serious craftsmanship behind every bite.
The bar program is Top 10 in Miami, no question. Huge credit to Mike and Chris, the two bartenders who elevate the entire experience. Expertly made cocktails, great energy, and true professionals who know how to read the room and deliver consistently.
Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere hits the sweet spot — energetic, welcoming, and authentic. You can tell this place was built by people who genuinely care about quality and execution.
Final Verdict:
If you love real BBQ, great cocktails, and outstanding service, Drinking Pig is a must-visit. This spot sets a new standard and earns a permanent place in Miami’s Top 10.
Highly recommended — I’ll be back Albert Tarafa ... 🔥🐖🥃

So heard the hype about this location so friends asked me to go by and see what I thought. I have to say the brisket was good, the best part. There was a line when we got there so you would think that this would be a heavenly experience, but no. You order, they give you a number and a server brings you the food order. Your drinks may take a bit to get but the drinks do get there. It is community seating so you'll might have to wait to find a table. So the meal, to be fair, I ordered all the items people talk about. Sausage links were sold out (6pm) so strike one, ordered spare ribs and found them to be interesting flavor was a mix between teriyaki and somewhat Chinese pork ribs they were cold when they came out, Beef ribs were a bit over cooked good flavor but again not all that , brisket was good tasty moist good flavor. Mac and cheese and corn bread also a plus. People in Miami tend to not understand what BBQ is.. the food was a poor man food the reason you would have to cook it low and slow. We were a party of three and the bill was $300.00. Is it worth it ? Not the people around us were also commenting that the it's a one time visit location due too price ,parking ,and service.
