Title: Disappointing Experience at Duffy’sMy recent visit to Duffy’s left much to be desired. From the outset, Manager Dan’s sassy demeanor set a negative tone for the entire experience. It was evident that his attitude did not align with the standards expected from someone in a managerial position.Adding to the frustration was the exceptionally slow service. Despite the efforts of our server, Sam, it was clear that they were struggling to keep up with the inefficient operations of the restaurant. We waited extremely long through our all the processes of our dining experienceThe most disappointing aspect, however, was the handling of valid coupons. I had a coupon that was valid not only for the day of my visit but also for previous and future dates. There were no restrictions or fine print indicating otherwise. However, Manager Dan insisted that we couldn’t use it on that particular day, without providing any valid reason even though the fine print on the $10 voucher had no reasons as to anything that would make it not validOverall, my experience at Duffy’s was marred by poor customer service and management. It’s disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that Manager Dan and the rest of the management take these issues seriously and implement measures to improve the overall experience for patrons.

Witnessed an aggressive male manager scolding a young waitress in front of my entire family..She was upset and started crying..We were all disturbed by the ugly scene..Will not be returning to this location
I dined at Duffy’s for the first time today. I had the wings ( buffalo garlic), the tomato bisque, coleslaw and sweet potato fries. It was refreshing to actually get carrot sticks, celery, sticks, and a decent blue cheese dressing with my wings. The wings themselves were very tasty as was the tomato bisque, the coleslaw, of which I am a big fan. The fries were yummy and it was obvious that they were prepared properly in the correct oil temperature( 375-395 degrees, depending on the size of the batch). They were light and crispy. Aside from the food, the other highlight was the bartender Gabby, who provided excellent customer service. She was prompt, courteous, professional, and possessed a $1,000.000 smile?. I also met and had a nice conversation with some of the regulars. If you have not been to Duffy’s I urge you to experience it. I am looking forward to returning.

I have been coming here for a couple of years and the bartender named Jay is wonderful!!!! She knows what you like to eat and also what you like to drink. She comes to you and has a very pleasant conversation with you. One time the food did not come out right and she made it so that it did come out right the second time and also talked to manager so that I could get a better price for the mistake that was done in the kitchen. Her customer service is excellent!!!!I recommend that she gets a raise!!!!She deserves it!!!!!!
