I used to love this Dunkin, great customer service employees greeted you with a huge smile and remembered your order, this place has gone down hill fast. Big change in employees, the great ones are gone besides one or two. The employees seem miserable, rude, and could care less about customer service including the manager. It’s sad when the the young kid with the blonde curly hair could run this whole store and teach the adults and everyone else how to treat customers and make them feel appreciated. The food is terrible, the coffee is bitter never tastes the same any day of the week either too dark or too watery the cup so filled with ice you get 3 sips in a medium.. just terrible. I am just so upset that a place I enjoyed so much daily now just irritates me every time I go in there.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The posted hours clearly state the store is open until 8:00 PM, yet I was told to leave early because staff wanted to close and clean. When I questioned this, the employees were rude and unwelcoming. Customers should be able to rely on the posted hours, and they certainly deserve courteous service. Closing early, combined with poor treatment of customers, is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the brand. I am bringing this to corporate’s attention because I expect consistency, professionalism, and respect when visiting Dunkin’.

I went after 6pm and they barely had any donuts.

The young lady was on a call the whole time and the donuts were hard and old. They need to train their staff better.

I went at 7:15 PM on a Friday. This location is supposed to be open until 8:00 P.M. They had NO coffee or doughnuts?? Last time I went they also ran out of donuts on a Sunday morning.

I had to tell your employee to put gloves on to grab my donuts. Need to improve with gloves on when you’re working with food, because he grabbed my donuts without gloves.

This Dunkin is embarrassing!

They are supposed to be open at 5 am during the week and their lights were still off at 5:30 with the employees in the store just hanging out behind the counter talking. I had to knock on the glass for them to open the door and they were still continuing with their conversation.

This Dunkin is right next to my home but the lack of professionalism will have me go anywhere else.

Go somewhere else where ppl actually take pride in their work!

I was given an extremely burnt inedible bagel with barely any cream cheese. I was able to barely take 1 bite and it tasted like burnt chemical flavor. The worst part is I noticed when I got to work and could not return to speak to a manager. I recommend you take your business elsewhere especially if you’re pregnant like myself. There is an Einsteins Bagels nearby.
