This place does not honor Veterans Day discount. The lady at front stated “We do not offer veterans discount for Veterans Day”. Even though the website states it does, this particular location does not and the management don’t seem to care about it

Waiter 15 min to make 1 drink order and was the only one on the line. Then another 10 mins to have my drink made and handed to me. Absolutely insane. Definitely need more people at the location. First and last time I will visit

Ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese through the app (so they had more time to deal with it than just showing up at the window). They filled the order with the bagel and cream cheese separately. Went back to the window and asked for the cream cheese ON the bagel. I was given a plain bagel with regular creme cheese. Absolute amateur hour up in here.

Good service. I came here from another Dunkin (In Kendal) where the AC was not working. I asked if if was ok because I still had my coffee from the other place and they said it was fine, even offered me a free donut.
Came to the store at 7:45P and there was no answer at the drive thru and went to get down and the front door was locked. If you close at 8PM, you should be open until 8. I would understand if it was 7:59 but a whole 15 minutes early. That’s unacceptable and this stores managers and owner should be ashamed.

Went through the drive through and asked for a Caramel Macchiato mix like I always have but this time it was a lady that didn’t speak English and when I asked for it mixed she gave me a face and said I wanted something else and I can just stir it myself, I said no I want that mixed and she insulted me in Spanish and I told her I was the customer and she was the employee.

I visited this establishment on 4/10/24 around 10:30am and there was a very friendly gentleman at the drive through. So kind and patient with my order. The service was fast and it was just nice seeing a friendly face in the morning. This guy deserves a raise!

I love the coffee, but the staff at this location (Sunset & 108th) is more interested in fooling around trash-talking each other than paying attention to the customers. I learned not to go through the drive-thru because of the delays and my recent inside visit explained it. If they weren't so few and far between, I'd seriously consider not returning to this location. ?

I ask for a box of donuts, and the lady puts a couple of donuts dented and in bad appearance. Not fair. I don't check the box in the place, trusting the good reputation of Dunkin Donuts, but this time fails.
