Both iced coffees tasted terrible, there was barely any ice in it, it was pure milk. And when I asked them to please remake it, instead of remaking the Dunkalatte, she just poured out some coffee and put ice on it. 3rd time I go there and same bad service and bad coffee. :(

Trying to have some free time to have a cup of coffee and the staff had loud music on as if they were in a nightlife. I got so upset that I had to let them know to lower down the volume. The staff are teenagers! The franchise owner should inform the staff that this is not a kiddie playroom.

Nice staff. They are very sweet to everyone who goes there and the drinks always taste very yummy! Staff is patient with people when they are ordering, especially picky and undecided peopke like me 😆! I have seen a lady who comes often and doesn't buy anything and they know her by name and treat her with such love and kindness. This is a little gem of a place in a busy city!!

The food/price ratio is too overrated in this food chain, everything that is made with bread, like the cheese sandwich, or the croissants, personally they taste quite stiff to me, not at all fresh, but hey, it is almost a ritual to go there. Saturdays at mid-morning to have breakfast at our closest dunkin, which is this one, I think the prices are too high for how plastic the food in general tastes (taking out the donuts, because we almost never order donuts) but hey, I think that the marketing that this brand has is more powerful than its quality and makes us go at least once a week to eat stuffy and hard cheese sandwiches 😂, we always order cold cappuccino, we really like that one, it's super creamy, refreshing and we don't ask for it so sweet, it tastes very delicious. This store especially has good service every time I've been, the store is generally clean, but paying more than $20 for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees considering they aren't the best quality is insane! Anyway, we love the decoration inside, it's quite trendy 😂 we always take a photo where it says Miami runs on dunkin! That background is great, we love it anyway, I give it 3 stars because we like it, but we don't love it, but it keeps us there from time to time 😂
