Someone really needs to get new employees or check them bc the type of attitude and rudeness isn’t giving like your life can’t be that bad where you take a order or a payment and then hand a coffee for 7 hours to someone like you hate them and if I don’t like the way my coffee that I’m paying for and tell you and you give me the eye roll is crazy like

I’m a huge Dunkin consumer & love the brand, this location unfortunately disappoints. My son had to use the bathroom and supposedly weren’t working, Both bathroom. If that’s the case make it obvious for customer to understand that it’s temporary unavailable, instead of making it obvious that someone is lying and decided not to open bathroom early morning.

The older lady at the drive thru needs to go. She dose not take your order or prepare your order. All she does is charge you.. SHE CAN NOT EVEN REACH OVER HER ARM FOR YOU TO PAY the DEBIT MACHINE. She says it does not reach, but yet the other employees have no problem to extend to us to pay. She expects you to always hand her the card, she is limited and extremely rude! I hate when she is working the window… 🤮

I feel bad leaving a bad review but it was such a bad experience visiting this Dunkin Donuts. The older lady that took my order in the front with the pigtails braids was incredibly rude. She gave me a hard time about my order, two bagel minis and a coffee. They didn’t have sleeves for holding hot coffee either. When I get my bagel minis, they were cold even though I asked for them to be toasted. Every step of my visit sucked. It’s a nice and relatively new location so I’m really surprised by the poor service.

Spoiled bagel bites. Food was not handled properly, the cream cheese inside was spoiled. Customer service did not answer. The store did but cannot offer refunds for online orders and their only solution was to switch them out for another item. This is a health concern and situations like this should be taken seriously.

A very clean Dunkin! You know how you never get the same coffee when you go to a Dunkin? Well I went today and the young lady made the perfect Carmel iced coffee! It was just right. Appreciate great customer service
Both iced coffees tasted terrible, there was barely any ice in it, it was pure milk. And when I asked them to please remake it, instead of remaking the Dunkalatte, she just poured out some coffee and put ice on it. 3rd time I go there and same bad service and bad coffee. :(

Trying to have some free time to have a cup of coffee and the staff had loud music on as if they were in a nightlife. I got so upset that I had to let them know to lower down the volume. The staff are teenagers! The franchise owner should inform the staff that this is not a kiddie playroom.

Nice staff. They are very sweet to everyone who goes there and the drinks always taste very yummy! Staff is patient with people when they are ordering, especially picky and undecided peopke like me 😆! I have seen a lady who comes often and doesn't buy anything and they know her by name and treat her with such love and kindness. This is a little gem of a place in a busy city!!
