Why is it every single time i go they give me cold bacon ?!? and when i ask to heat it up its always an attitude or a slick comment really ridiculous like i dont want cold bacon this should not be an issue

The amount of flies in this place is truly astronomical. I came to try a different location than my usual and was very disappointed. Employees are nice, itās a shame.

This Dunkin is usually pretty good and it's my favorite in the area as it has a drive through.
They usually make my orders right, however there has been times where I realized after I left my coffee was made wrong. One time they even gave me a blueberry muffin that was raw in the center. I've also received a croissant instead of a bagel on a sandwich etc. Little mistakes but they add up overtime. Service is always friendly and they are usually very quick.

Quick and easy drive thru, coffee and food were great
I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to this time. Two weeks ago, I went to the SW 8th Street location and had a great coffee, so I donāt understand why this one was so differentāunless the policy changed last week. Unfortunately, my coffee today was basically just milk. I understand that coffee prices are rising, but that shouldnāt mean lowering the qualityājust charge a little more if needed. Disappointed.

if you can drive farther to a different Dunkin, DO IT. thereās a girl that works there that has a horrible attitude constantly unless the manager is around her, and they constantly mess up orders even though itās usually very simple things. go to a different one if you can.

I donāt know who is the owner, but they need to hire more people 15 minutes waiting for iced coffee. This is ridiculous.
It has taken everything in me to come on here and write a review. I been so nice Everytime I go even after them getting my order wrong the last 5 times Iāve gone. Everytime I go Iām nice and understanding because I work in the food industry but today the manager trying to make me feel dumb even when I asked nicely to fix my order that was made wrong? Really has me upset. The last 5 times Iāve gone I order the same thing always. Iced signature latte with caramel. They always give me a regular latte caramel. And today I expressed how they always get my coffee wrong and he proceeds to say āwell the only difference is whip cream and the cinnamonā The lady at the drive thru is not pleasant as well. She has an attitude and still im nice. Iām a regular here and itās upsetting that Everytime I go I have a bad experience.

Went to this DD to buy munchkins. The guy employee with the light colored eyes tried to scam me and gave me a 20 count when I specifically purchased the $25 count. I bet he didn't think I would count them! Smh. Count your munchkins people!!!

Iām a very frequent customer that has been going there since it opened and eventhough the staff in general has been nice, I have overlooked the fact that they make many mistakes with the order too many times but continue going anyway. The end of it for me was with one of the managers I believe she is. I did not hear her at the drive through because I was on the phone but she came outside the place with an attitude screaming and when I got to the window instead of remaining professional continued on with a face and an attitude and Iām def not going to accept that . I was so upset with her and at the end she decide not to hand me my order. She really was out of place! And I told her off but really this shows the lack of professionalism on her part and what sheās showing to her team. I called corporate to complain and hopefully theyāll make some changes with their staff there.
