messed up my orders multiple times and always run out of food, even in the mornings. this is the closest to me and convenient for the drive thru but the people working here are confused and lack training.

These donuts are a complete scam. They boldly advertise them as “filled,” but I guess they meant “filled with disappointment.” Not a trace of filling inside — just dry dough and broken dreams. Honestly, this might be the worst donut shop I’ve ever visited. If you’re craving flavor, satisfaction, or even a hint of honesty, keep walking. The only thing they managed to fill was my regret for spending money here.

If I can give zero stars, I live around the block from this Dunkin’ Donuts and it is very convenient. This has to be the worst Dunkin’ I have been too, coffee is always, burnt bagel is always burnt not enough cream cheese. I came today Sunday at 11:30 AM and they ran out of five of the flavored donuts and had no whipped cream available.Store is being ran by young teenagers and have no clue what is happening. The donuts I did have to get are depressing and not proper presentation, upside down donuts and glaze falling off. I never have issues at Starbucks.

For the past few months they do not have any change for when you pay with cash in the morning. It is not that I'm paying with a large bill, usually my bill is around $12 and I pay with a twenty dollar bill. As a matter of fact, on one day I gave them $13 for a $12.82 bill, and the lady apologized saying that she did not have the .18 cents in change. UNBELIEVABLE!!! How can you run a business when you can't accept cash because you do not any change.

Unfortunately the new manager that’s there with the curly hair is unprofessional. Everyone has the right to order through the drive thru but she picks and chooses who can order through the drive thru therefore losing business for the establishment. She needs to reconsider her technique.

If i could this rate this spot a zero…i would. Staff doesnt greet you or acknowledge you, they messed up almost all my mobile Order which i put in half an hour before i got there. Then i had to wait half an hour more for them to tell me they didnt have what i ordered. Then i asked ‘hey what donut is that one there?’ For them to tell me ‘idk but it smells good’ … its not that hard to serve A DONUT. Manager and staff should get fired and Go work at mcdonalds.
