I am kind of surprised by the amount of negative reviews on this specific Dunkin' location. It is convenient in the Brickell area and they always have my order ready and correctly too IF I place an order through the mobile app and pick up in advance.
Walking into the store can be a bit of a different story because it is an extremely busy store location and the lines can be long and customers can get frustrated and then something may be missing from your order which results then in chaos.
So don't forget to order in advance through the mobile app. It'll save you tons of time and unnecessary stress! :)

The donut looks was not fresh it was old. The girls at the counter were loud but friendly. The place was not clean and trash everywhere Did not enjoy it
They gave my order to the wrong guy and he touched my food he gave it back to the worker but all they did was take the food out of a bag and re bag my food they thought I didn’t realized that they just switched bags and when I asked for fresh hashbrowns the guy rolled his eyes and was so nasty to me about it

There customer service is rude and they never never have jelly in there jelly donuts just a dot of jelly everywhere else you go and buy jelly donuts you get jelly But Not At The Brickell location I won’t waste my money anymore there

This Dunkin’ Donuts provided one of the worst experiences—the service was painfully slow and the staff were unpleasant. I even heard a cashier badmouthing me after they got my order wrong. To top it off, I received a bacon and egg sandwich when I had only ordered egg and cheese
