Today I visited Dunkin’ Donuts and was disappointed by the behavior of one of the employees. It’s unfortunate to see someone in a customer service position believe that raising their voice makes them right. Respect and professionalism are not optional when dealing with the public — they are the foundation of good service.
Every person who works serving others should remember that communication is not about volume, but about attitude. A calm, respectful tone earns far more respect than shouting ever will. Customers come to enjoy a service, not to be treated with hostility or arrogance.
I hope this feedback helps remind staff that kindness and patience are as essential as any other part of the job.

I’m just here for AC right now, but I did buy something…this kid out front asleep or high or something. With a lady in the back just looking at the wall. Filthy. Possibly homeless sleeping in a booth….just don’t…if you’re actually planning on spending $ here
I ordered through uber eats my whole order was wrong I tried calling them to go there and change everything but not answer. I order 5 Boston cream I got none like howww If you don’t have the item just cancel the order or take it out of the system . just wasted 30 dollars

We had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin Donuts today. The cashier, a short woman dressed in black, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She threw the boxes onto the counter and placed the donuts inside them very aggressively. We specifically asked for hot coffee, but she gave us cold ones. This behavior wasn’t just directed at us—we noticed she treated other customers the same way. This kind of customer service is far below what we expect from a brand like Dunkin Donuts. I hope proper feedback is given and such incidents don’t happen again.

The service here is terrible!! We ordered online and when we came to pick up, a sandwich was missing so we had to ask them to check the order and they added the missing sandwich. They also didn’t realize we also ordered donuts so we had to ask them for the donuts. They didn’t have the decency to check our online order and they packed random donuts instead of what was specifically ordered. When we got home, one of the sandwiches had cheese even though no cheese was requested. They need to pay attention and pack with care because it’s clear that they don’t have attention to detail.
