My last visit to the location in brickell was underwhelming. The bread as you can see was over baked/burnt. The amount of hashbrown was six. I don't know what the standard amount is for your franchises but it was in my opinion to little. Hope yall can improve the quality.

I bought 5 donuts of dulce the leche and none had filling inside the were dry, I asked for an exchange and I was denied. They answered tomorrow they will be filled with dulce de leche. Horrible experience.

Went one afternoon during hours and the employees just locked themselves in the store assuming they just didn't want to do anything.Came back another morning, and it was very slow. Multiple workers but they were only doing one order at a time, take order, make order, call out order, take next order, repeat.Update:This place is trash. The staff is rude and they gave me messed my order and gave me gross coffee just to be sassy

Ordered coffee for a meeting an hour ahead, received the coffee warm and with no cups. Specified to include utensils and delivery is less than a block away from the store. Management should be aware of the lack of service and attention for their delivery option.

I went to at least 200 Dunkin locations in my entire life …this was the worst one I ever went ..service is too slow ..no straw with ice coffee ..this location closes without notice …short staffed ..I don’t know how the corporate let this one
Went to this location today as it’s our first time in the US and we really wanted to try Dunkin. Staff rude, some coffee selections unavailable, donuts looks poorly and very little options compare to what’s on the online menu. I wash truly shocked at the service they provide. Also, we were passing again at around 4pm and it was closed even tho opening hours state 7pm closing.

I literally just left from there after waiting almost 20 minutes for a simple bagel with cream cheese and a doughnut I get in my car ready to eat. I take a bite and realize a long black hair inside the cream cheese. And also the bagel look like half of it had been ripped

Severely understaffed, got 1 person working during rush hour with 10 ppl waiting to order in person, and online orders backed for 10 mins.

They seem to hire only rude/trashy employees at this location. The employees definitely don't seem to want to do their job. They don't prepare the coffee beverages correctly and they're rude. I was there on my day off and there was a female employee saying this out loud "that's why I'm the Baker. Because if people get rude with me I will curse their @ss out". So I'm guessing she's the Baker at this location but for some reason she was working a different shift. She was extremely rude for no reason. It's a shame because this is a convenient location. Nothing but trash working at this place.
