Today at 1:54 pm I received horrible service and was mistreated by the worker Devarius. He called me multiple names when all i did was order coffees. When I first pulled up he stated that there was no food and only drinks available. I ordered 2 coffees, and pulled up to the window. Immediately after paying Devarius told me to drive up and park up.
A car that ordered after me proceeds to receive there order before me, and as I pull through again, without saying anything; Devarius says ā€œyou have no patienceā€ which is very rude as when i did not say one word nor was disrespectful to him. He proceeded to argue with me about the number of items the car AFTER me had ordered; which I irrelevant as it’s about the principle.
After being on the receiving end of such nasty behavior, I was no longer comfortable consuming anything Devarius (Pooh bear) he told me his name was, had made. I kindly asked for a refund, and he refused. He said his manager was not physically there so it was impossible to give me a refund.
I left both the coffees on the counter and walked away. I called the number on the receipt and no answer.
It’s unacceptable to refuse to give someone a refund, manger there or not. Just terrible service overall, and I speak truth when I say this.
That being said I rebuke any and all evil in Jesus name ! God bless

Ordered 10 pack of donut holes through uber eats, and got 2 donuts instead. You people are stupid. Didn’t bother to call me that you were maybe out of donut holes etc or you just didn’t care. Again, you people are stupid.

I have to say that some people should definitely not be allowed to work in client service positions. I visited the store early this morning around 6:30am. I was helped by Laquashious; if we could call that help. To begin with, there was no engagement from her or a greet; only after I asked her if there was someone in the front to take our order. She complained it was only her, but she took 3 orders in the window before coming to take mine. There were definitely more employees at the store. Her attitude was extremely rude; I would definitely nit be coming back to this store.

Horrible customer service need new employees and management asap. Went through drive through and had to wait an insane amount of time and go inside to retrieve my food. It’s attached to gas station. I wish i could give zero star on here staff is so rude.
