Horrible customer service need new employees and management asap. Went through drive through and had to wait an insane amount of time and go inside to retrieve my food. It’s attached to gas station. I wish i could give zero star on here staff is so rude.

Lady in the drive through was rude. Waited 25 minutes in the lot for the order even though there was one other car. Ended up having to go inside to pick it up because the person who was supposed to bring the products out was outside VAPING. Coffees were not filled....about 0.6 of the cup. Hot chocolate was cold and came out 90% water. Really bad experience and products today.

This establishment needs to be vetted properly and actually get people in there that wants to work. Customer service is horrible, food is disgusting and coffee is unacceptable. The poor attitude and terrible environment is depressing. This is a reflection of the neighborhood as well just downright unacceptable.

The employee there who’s a young white girl (refused to tell me her name and was not wearing a name tag) forgot to give me my food and then when u went back 2 minutes later she threw my bag of food at me and gave me attitude and cursed at me. This ruined my entire morning and I will not be returning back to this location. This is unacceptable. She needs to be fired.

Terrible service I always go to this particular location and never have a problem but today I could not believe it, I made my order and the man was very friendly at first but afterwards was very rude, I got off because I wanted to pick my donuts I didn’t even get asked that he was trying to hand me a box of donuts and I asked if i could pick out my donuts he decided not to help me and some man that came after made a big order and he was there preparing his order while I was just there waiting for someone to help me out. Luckily there was a nice lady that didn’t even work there and she prepared my box. I only gave 5 stars so this gets posted.

The manager from other peoples post related posts is still working there and has an incredibly disrespectful attitude at any point in the day.Don’t even try using the drive thru. If you order one item she will immediately say “that’s it here’s your total” or “okay pull up” without ever letting you finish.Food is also pretty bad as well if I’m being honest. Most of the coffee specials taste poorly and served as trash essentially.

The staff looks filthy clothes dirty, the manager girl was wearing a bonet on her head it took 30 minutes to get my food then it was wrong. They don’t butter the toast even though I sent back the food 2 times to correct it the store is filthy needs renovations just dirty shouldn’t have stopped hereParking: Limited

Every time i go to this Dunkin’ there’s an issue. The customer service is horrendous and the employees are not properly trained. I have never placed a big order, only small simple orders, and yet they always find a way to mess it up. There is no reason why it should take 30 minutes for one iced coffee and one sandwich.
