This is the WORST dunkin I have ever been to. 7330 nw 36th st Doral..They do not make the drinks to standard. I ordered a Matcha Latte and it was straight oakmilk, No Matcha..The MORNING Manager said she made them and accused me of tampering with the drinks when I returned it. How can I turn a drink that's suppose to be dark Green to WHITE?? Make it make sense. When she remade them she did the same thing. It was just oatmilk because she would only put One scoop of Matcha. A standard medium has 3. She even charged me extra for the other scoops. I frequent many Dunkins and have never had a complaint. Many of my coworkers refuse to purchase from this location due to the MORNING manger and workers having the worst attitudes and no concern when making the food. I really don't care about their unfriendly ways, but at least prepare the food and drinks properly. NEVER AGAIN

The lady that takes your order is super rude and also the food here is rancid, I usually pick up donuts for the office but I got their wraps and they were disgusting, they made me and my girlfriend sick.
Dennis is an absolute pleasure and a reason we always return to this dunkin location. He is so kind and pleasant and always smiling. The location is clean and has a drive thru as well. Fast and efficient service always!

This morning I was with my wife in this store inside! The reception was this way. WHAT YOU WANT! There was no gesture of formal education, on the part of the person who served us, this person with loose hair with extravagant nails, no gloves, no hat, nor did she have her name on her shirt, the least she appeared to be was a worker who worked with food. We made the order which was the following: 1 Cortadito with sugar and 2 bagels, one with cream cheese and the other with cream cheese and egg. First they gave us the bagels, the one with egg and cream cheese was good and the other one they gave me was a croissant with cream cheese. When I check the order I let him know that he was confused and the response was the following! THAT WAS WHAT YOU ASKED FOR BUT NO PROBLEM, I'LL PREPARE ANOTHER ONE FOR YOU! Another thing, he never gave me the order receipt. When they gave us the Cortadito it didn't have sugar either, we had to add it because it was never sweetened. With all the words in this place the service was a real disaster. I don't understand how a company has so much prestige and has been in the market for so many years! Allow people to provide this horrible service and not check hygiene standards. That they are not given training to work with the public. This is incredible how customer respect has been lost in this great country.
