I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkinâ location. The iced teas I ordered were sour and tasted almost spoiledâcompletely undrinkable. I paid using a Dunkinâ gift card and reached out to corporate as well as the online Dunkinâ chat, but received no response at all.
Between the poor product quality and lack of customer support, this store has lost my trust. I would avoid this location until quality control and customer service improve.

The best of all! The girls who work mornings make you feel right at home, always greeting you with a smile. They have a cute little Christmas tree in the shop. The best donuts, I'll definitely be back.

Came to this location several times over the past few months and each time my order was incorrect or they were out of an item and instead of communicating with me, they decided to replace ingredients without letting me know. At 1st i thought it was a language barrier so I started to only use mobile orders via the app eith drive thru pickup but that still doesn't help. Today I did a mobileorder with drive thru pick up and the order was a completly different sandwich. I had to park and come indide (which is the 1st time i went inside the store) I told them I received the wrong sandwich with the wrong meat and they replied they were out of the cheese, they remade it again with the wrong meat. When I asked for a refund the manager threw it on the counter even tho my hand was out. I love Dunkin but I will never go to this location again.

Worst customer service all the staff are rude even the manager. You order something and if you ask them about the order they get mad. To be honest places like this shouldnât be attending people, if you are not happy with your job find another one but donât make customers unhappy. I work with customers and they are the ones who pays my bills. But this people they donât care. DONT GO HERE. They didnât even gave me a receipt, NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

I have been on the register waiting for around 10 min, the staff keeps coming back and telling me give me one sec sir while they serve the drive through orders. Its very inconvenient and sad that this happening. Maybe they should just make it a drive through location.
