I don't even know where to begin....The worst Dunkin... the cuban lady (I believe her name is Tatiana) at the register is super rude... her and another worker started a confrontation in front of us... the bathroom was disgusting. She got my daughter's order wrong. I believe no one there speaks English. We're Spanish speakers but she couldn't even get the order right. Food is what's expected 🤷🏻♀️is Dunkin donuts! When I mentioned the bathroom situation to the lady she proceeded to said that the day before the shopping center had a tabaco event and their bathroom become a public bathroom, that she knew the poorly situation of the bathroom but that they don't care.

I placed an order of donuts for my daughter’s birthday. The order was never prepared despite the fact I called to confirm my order.
The attendant acted as if there was no order and I could see the order in their notes.

Terrible service. Walked in, the lady at the register didn’t greet me, she just waved her hand signaling me to wait, not a spoken word. Another lady came, she was great at greeting me. But when I suggested that she was greeting me the right way, that her colleague was rude she also got defensive, very. She said her colleague was new and didn’t know. Train your staff to great people, the place had one customer, me, no reason for the bad service.

Catastrophique experience, food was burned, employees very rude, even not speaking english only Spanish and very poor way to treat clients, they talked to me as if i owe them .... the worse is that i was really friendly but it seemed that i enter in a warzone .
Unfortunately, as soon as you walk into this Dunkin' Donuts, it was so hot. It was hotter inside, then it was outside and it is summer here. I'm pretty sure the A/C was off for a while while I was in there. The bathrooms were not open, so you couldn't use them for an hour. But when I did get to use the restroom, the toilet water was leaking all over the place.

Super DISGUSTING bathroom. Toilet paper all over the floor with brown stains. Garbage full of trash and this was at 6 am on a Saturday with no customers. On top of that, both soap dispensers not working, and not soap alternative provided. 1 bathroom for both men and women because the other one is left for staff. I checked the comments and same thing has happened since 3-8 years ago, telling me this is not a 1 time incident. Asked employees and they told me both work. I told me that was a health risk and they should tell the owner, didn’t seem to care. If I see this again I am calling health department.

Horrible employees the one with black straight hair that i don’t know if she’s the manager but acts like it, dropped a donut and put it back in the bag and gave it to the customer. She treated us so bad and she gave me the ugliest look ever. There is a blonde one too that she’s young as well and when we asked for another cup becuade the cup was super hot they refused with a very bad attitude.
