Orders take forever. I got to the location and two tickets were sitting on the counter and no one was making the drinks. There was barely personnel working. Don’t recommend this location.

Food was okay, but service was terrible. Employee helped Hispanic customers while skipping over me, assuming I was not Hispanic. Food was lukewarm and I was missing a part of my order. Will not return.

Had a very pleasant experience at Dunkin' Donuts today. Way better than the last time I went. And I was surprised at how friendly and efficient everything was. I will definitely go back.
