No customer service skills at all. I just stood and the counter and no one sayed anything. All 3 were having a conversation with themselves. Food was cold 🥶, very bad experience

The worst service staff super rude the young black American Male shouldn't work with customers and the ladies were no help they don't speak our language, I ask for a supervisor or manager no i got no reply. My orders was wrong and my sandwich was burnt. Will never go back or sent someone there.

Sitting in the cold, snow covered grounds of Fort Worth, Texas, I thought about the Dunkin’ Donuts experience I had….a LONG TIME ago. I searched and WOW! This Dunkin’ Donuts is still here in the same spot! 56 years ago, I was a 6th grade student at Hibuscus Elementary and chosen to be a crossing guard (yes, the kids were the crossing guards back then), and my post was at the corner of this Dunkin’ Donuts. I would go in and get a donut and met a nice server (I have since forgotten her name). After a few times of going in and seeing her, she would give me the donut! I was on top of the world! This obviously was my favorite post to guard!! Very fond memories of her and Dunkin! Gosh, I sure hope I didn’t get her in trouble! Thank you Dunkin! And thank you to the awesome server back in 1969!

Women's bathroom closed I had to use the totally unsanitary men's bathroom. The donuts were old In general it made me sick to be there
Hash browns wasn't warm they was cold. Not cooked all the way and tasted burnt. My snacking bacon wasn't done also cold. If I had time to go back and get a refund I would but I have to get to work. Worst experience of Dunkin I've ever had in my 39 year of life. Gross.

We stopped in while in the area to pick up some Dunkin Donuts and a coffee for some friends and the place was clean and well stocked and we hope to be back next time we are in the
This stand alone Dunkin' has been around for years, changing many hands..the team that's there now are so crass, no customer service experience and their handling of products is questionable....the whole set up is just downright dirty......
