Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin donuts. Went to get two donuts with my girlfriend last night, when I walked in I had trash and threw it in the garbage next to the entrance and the lady working there shunned me and started whining and went to the back. We walked towards the register and there was water spilled on it and crumbs all over it.(this was 20 minutes before closing) the lady comes back and tells me that I shouldn’t have thrown the trash in the TRASH because she had already changed the bags (20 minutes before closing again). She took out order came back and with the nastiest attitude gave me and my girlfriend our donuts almost signaling to us that we weren’t wanted there and she rather close quickly than serve two donuts. Frankly disappointed because this is right next to where I leave and I won’t ever be coming back. Having a staff member like that is embarrassing from such a lovely place like Dublin donuts.

The Cuban lady with pimples on her face, I think her name was Marla. Went from the cash register to making people’s sandwiches without washing her hands and had no gloves on. Absolutely disgusting. I hope they get a visit from the sanitary department!

No response when saying hello, no smile, donuts thrown in the bag.
The donut frosting stuck in the bag.
The waitress's priority is obviously her false nails which she constantly looks at, but absolutely not her work.

I had an issue trying to set up a new membership today so that I can do the two week free medium drinks with a purchase. The cashier was very helpful trying to find the barcode and went above and beyond to make sure I got my free drink for signing up. Best service I’ve received in fast food in a long time! Definitely better than Starbucks!

After two hours of placing an order online, I went to pick up and they did not have enough donuts to complete my order. They refused to cancel the order forcing to take what was left. I asked to call another store to fulfill the order and they declined it too. The manager of this store was not helpful or cooperative at all.

awful servive! Nobody understands English. Why do i need to speak Spanish in the USA ?
I was waiting for my capuccino about 7 minutes.
And the taste was awful. As they frothed the milk and forgot about it. As a result-it was not a capuccino,but coffee with wilk

We ordered online and they gave us the wrong order, we left and couldn’t come back because of work and even contacting them online didn’t work, they’ve taken days to reply. I wouldn’t recommend getting your doughnuts here.

This location has gradually deteriorated the last couple of months there service in the drive thru is horrendous just today it took 55 minutes to get service.terrible

This branch is good, coffee are served as it should and staff is kind and friendly.

Food is prepared always Messy. You’re paying almost $6 for a breakfast sandwich which they tend to only put 2 small pieces of bacon and a slice of sandwich cheese that’s sometimes doesn’t melt because it’s not hot enough. That’s $25 a week and the service is always rushed.

One person attending, nothing against her. Anet does all she can. However, due to a lack of staff working, it is not a good Dunkin. I placed a pick-up order 15 mins later. After waiting on the store, i finally was able to receive it. Place needs more staff.
