The app says it is open at 4:30AM but they are not open until 5:00AM. When I tried to go in at 4:50 since the app said they are open at 4:30, the employee yelled in spanish and did the no no head shake. I am not trying to rob the place, calm down. They couldn’t find my order and were rude about it.
I waited 8 minutes for someone to take my order. The location is clearly understaffed and needs more employees immediately. Unacceptable service

First time here, and honestly very disappointed.
My husband and daughter went inside today 12/23 at 10:18 AM, and the customer service was extremely poor. The woman at the counter didn’t greet them at all—no “good morning,” no “hello,” nothing. She just stood there.
My husband placed the order and paid, and there was still no thank you or acknowledgment. He stayed polite and quiet, but the lack of basic courtesy was surprising.
Customer service really matters, and this location seriously needs to brush up on it. Unfortunately, this experience makes it hard to want to return.

Why say yall close ar 10pm it's 812pm right now and they are closed lady inside counting the register no donuts in the shelves smh sad
This Dunkin' Donuts is terrible.
The manager acts like she’s at home, yelling profanity in front of customers. I had to leave because I couldn’t stand hearing her scream those words.
Owners, please check who you’re putting in such an important position—your attitude says more than your work, and this manager doesn’t understand a word of English. The employees never smile, they treat you rudely, and the service is awful. I will never come back here again.

It's Dunkin, the food is good, the coffee is better! The restaurant is clean and neat. Staff is generally friendly. This location doesn't have a drive through, which sometimes causes a backup in the parking lot. The lot is is not in great shape; there are potholes and the surface is bumpy. The lot can be busy as the restaurant is in a busy shopping plaza but Dunkin does have some reserved spots. The restaurant is also in a busy street (W. Flagler Street), so exiting the center requires video-game precision and the patience of a saint.

Word of warning this place does not close at 10 pm, it closes earlier, the close time is misleading/incorrect
Restaurantji Recommends
I waited 14 minutes and both employees looked at me and not one acknowledge me. They’re too busy preparing the Mobile. Pick up orders.

This Dunkin’ is the best! Manager Maritza is super kind and makes everyone feel welcome. The team is friendly, service is quick, and the store is always clean. I can’t recommend this location enough!
To the comments shaming people for speaking Spanish at this store: Spanish is part of Miami’s culture. No one should ever feel ashamed of speaking it.

Map says they close at 10pm but the manager decides out of her own discretion to close the store at 8pm on Sundays. Ridiculous chain.

The lady at the cashier is super rude. She also doesn’t speak English and when I asked for my order in English she rudely mumbled in Spanish and pointed me to another guy working. I asked him in English to get the order.
If you are working in cashier, please speak English.
