It's Dunkin, the food is good, the coffee is better! The restaurant is clean and neat. Staff is generally friendly. This location doesn't have a drive through, which sometimes causes a backup in the parking lot. The lot is is not in great shape; there are potholes and the surface is bumpy. The lot can be busy as the restaurant is in a busy shopping plaza but Dunkin does have some reserved spots. The restaurant is also in a busy street (W. Flagler Street), so exiting...

This Dunkin’ is the best! Manager Maritza is super kind and makes everyone feel welcome. The team is friendly, service is quick, and the store is always clean. I can’t recommend this location enough!

To the comments shaming people for speaking Spanish at this store: Spanish is part of Miami’s culture. No one should ever feel ashamed of speaking it.

They've messed up my order before, and 1 time, I ordered 10 mins ahead, and my order wasn't started until I got there and told them i had a mobile order. They somehow didn't notice I had ordered online.
