I placed an order through Uber and the store says that they can't sell me 1 dozen because they don't have enough donuts, and that they only sell 2 donuts at a time, so neither they nor Uber will cancel my order, and they want to charge me 12.95 to cancel, honestly What a shame, I will never shop there again, it's a shame that they treat a customer like that.

I ordered ahead to pickup my order. It was only an iced coffee. They took 30 minutes to get my order done, meanwhile I saw them so confused with many cups preparing mixed drinks and SO SLOW. Like come on. This is the second time I experience this

The worse customer service, a black woman has a bad attitude. I work at UM Hospital, and I came to buy breakfast for my coworkers, but I definitely won’t be coming back to this place as long as she’s the one serving. It’s a shame that a company like Dunkin doesn’t consider the type of employees they hire.
This location never opens on time. You always wait longer than normal. The appearance of the staff is undesireable. The coffee doesnt normally taste the best and if you go when the store first opens half the time the dont have half of the doughtnut or bagels or muffins. However this is the only option if you want dunkin doughnuts in the miami area
