Don't waste your time with this location. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get a few breakfast sandwiches in a few dozen donuts for a work function. Watched the staff be rude to numerous customers and argue amongst themselves. No management or leadership at this location. I eventually received a refund for the majority of my order and left with no food for my meeting. I visit UM quite often for meetings and always spend a lot of money at this location but my recent experience will have me going elsewhere.

Avoid this place!

I came in to place a large order for my staff last minute and Ace was very accommodating. The entire staff was working hard to attend to everyone in the store as well. Very good team here. The donuts were delicious

The food and donuts were good, but the establishment is small and wrongly executed, and the staff is nice but a little disorganized

Critical Review of Dunkin’ Donuts – 1050 NW 14th Street, Miami, FL 33136

On April 1st, 2025, at 10:47 AM, I walked into this Dunkin’ Donuts location intending to grab a simple cup of coffee. Unfortunately, what should have been a quick and routine visit turned into a frustrating experience.

After placing my order with the barista Anjenette, I noticed two young male employees engaged in loud, rude, and antagonizing behavior, even going so far as to give each other obscene hand gestures. Despite the presence of four additional female employees attempting to fulfill orders, the overall atmosphere was unprofessional and chaotic, and service was noticeably slow.

After waiting nearly 7 minutes for a single cup of coffee, I voiced my complaint, but no improvement followed. Frustrated, I requested a refund of $3.00, only to find that the cashier had no idea how to process a cash refund. Eventually, another employee—an African American woman who tried to empathize with my situation—stepped in. The refund was ultimately given to me from the tip jar, which only reinforced the sense of disorganization.

Before leaving, I advised the two male baristas to focus on their jobs rather than engaging in unprofessional antics during work hours. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to this location. Dunkin’ Donuts management needs to address staff professionalism, customer service efficiency, and overall workplace discipline if they expect to retain loyal customers.
