The worst Dunkin I ever been to Two older woman and a younger black hair woman very rude and laughing at customers and talking with extremely bad language with nasty words We were all so surprised that this kind of behavior is being tolerated at a place like this. Not to mention that when the younger woman put the coffee on the counter she literally place it so hard on the counter that it almost spill. Asked for their name and they refused to give it to me. Never again coming back up this place

TERRIBLE. absolutely terrible. i was ordering my drink and my donut and these two women âJayceliâ and the other 2 old women started laughing at me and my mother. When i said that there is NINE munchkins because i counted. she said no your wrong and started counting with her bare nails which is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. When i was picking up my coffee in the station i asked Jayceli what her name was and she said why do you need my name and i said i need your name because i was going to make this review. when i was leaving they started cursing at me and my mother and saying horrific things. WILL NOT be coming back this is just worse for them.

This is the worst dunkin donuts in the history of dunkin. Every time I have ordered they mess up or change items without warning. I was charged $90 of food for half of it to be messed up and missing and only got $5 back. Whoever is working there needs to be reevaluated of their skills.

Wow wow wow the feeling of being in a typical Hispanic bakery, the high energy and kindness, and quick thinking. They handled my massive last minute order with grace. I was so grateful to them for his kind they were so early in the morning. I canât emphasize what a positive experience I had here. Thank you ladies!

No way at 10am the store is slow its 3 or 4 people working yet I still waited over 10 mins. Took 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. Foid came out fairly fast waited another almost 10 mins gir a frozen coffee which is insane. I won't be returning to this location. Too many places i can get coffee if I gotta be here this long.

Arrived at the store at Jan7th 7:50 pm the worker was on her cellphone , I paid my latte asked her if I can step out for one minute, she said she will lock the door and not open again. Then stated she was being nice turning on the machine because it was already shut down per store policy . Machine is already shut down even if the door is open . I asked but why is it shutdown if itâs open . Her attitude was so rude acted like she was doing a favor for me. I left so mad I didnât even request a refund . What a bad service and customer service . Please provide coaching to your employees I will report this to cooperate

My family and I went to this store for the first time and as soon as we walked in the cashier gave us attitudes for not speaking Spanish. She complained about our orders to the coworker and still got them wrong. Each time we gave our order to her she was rude. We were very disappointed and will not be coming here again. I wish there was 1/2 a star so I could give it.
