The lady working on the back preparing the sandwiches yell out in front of all the customers in line( “ señora, esto no es ni burger king ni McDonald “. That comment was not necessary. Also, when my friend placed her order snd she asked for extra sausage the lady on the cash register also yell out: “ that’s NOT the special “. The tables were all dirty that I asked for a paper towel to clean it. The guy assisting with the food was very nice and efficient. What I did not like it at all is that the 2 ladies in charged keep talking bad comments about previous customers. Really a sad experience.

The worst Dunkin I ever been to Two older woman and a younger black hair woman very rude and laughing at customers and talking with extremely bad language with nasty words We were all so surprised that this kind of behavior is being tolerated at a place like this. Not to mention that when the younger woman put the coffee on the counter she literally place it so hard on the counter that it almost spill. Asked for their name and they refused to give it to me. Never again coming back up this place

TERRIBLE. absolutely terrible. i was ordering my drink and my donut and these two women “Jayceli” and the other 2 old women started laughing at me and my mother. When i said that there is NINE munchkins because i counted. she said no your wrong and started counting with her bare nails which is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. When i was picking up my coffee in the station i asked Jayceli what her name was and she said why do you need my name and i said i need your name because i was going to make this review. when i was leaving they started cursing at me and my mother and saying horrific things. WILL NOT be coming back this is just worse for them.

This is the worst dunkin donuts in the history of dunkin. Every time I have ordered they mess up or change items without warning. I was charged $90 of food for half of it to be messed up and missing and only got $5 back. Whoever is working there needs to be reevaluated of their skills.
