Service is way too slow here! Ordered my item at 9:36AM and it is 9:56AM and I still don't have 2 breakfast croissants. This location sucks! Train your employees to have more efficiency and work fast! Because of this we will be late to an appointment! Thanks Dunkin!

The worst donuts I have ever eaten in Miami, they looked like they were from the day before, dry and tasteless. I don't recommend it at all. The attention was “ok”

I've had my good moments with this place but mostly bad the food is good but most of the time mess up my order. I have to wait forever to get my food like 30 mins for 2pc bagel minis and i never got them i gave up on this place. the service is ok but not the great. it used to be a place that your in and out in a minute now you have go wait half a century for a bagel

On the app it said they were closing at 3. Two girls are just standing inside so I'm thinking they are open. We ordered through the app and when I went in to go get it she told us they closed at 2 and we need to call some number to get a refund ? Very misleading. If you are going to close early have a sign or your app reflect that. Also if you "closed" at 2 why are two girls just standing behind the register with the doors closed. Disappointing.

some very nice workers hereunfortunately Ruby the general manger always has a sour face and unpleasant demeanor, cutting hours of the best employee's at the expense of good service Because of her attitude many nice people working there have looked for employment elsewhere- turnover is worse here than other establishments in the areaNew management necessary!!!

Great place, Clean, but wow that food is undercooked, and the hashbrowns are over-cooked! the hashbrows are hard and solid! disgusting!

I love this Dunkin bc it's right by my house....and I've always been a loyal customer. But today, I decided to use some of my points for a large coffee and some munchkins orders. But they messed my order saying that they never received my first order of munchkin's (had to do 2 separate orders since I got 8 orders of munchkins). But 13 mins later...they now say that they got my first order... wow! Thanks Dunkin; great service you have today
Closest Dunkin' donuts to the hotel we stayed in in New York a couple of steps, and I was there. The coffee's excellent the food donuts and everything else outstanlink, but the service was kinda iffy. But overall, I loved it. America runs on dunkin

Is there any way to put less than one star? Save yourself the trouble and drive 10 extra minutes to go to any other Dunkin' Donuts besides this one. The teenagers who work there in the afternoon were cursing and joking behind the counter, while being on speakerphone with a friend, as at least four customers were waiting on orders to be processed. There is clearly a lack of direction and leadership, and after multiple occurrences of this happening, I have finally convinced myself I would much rather drive anywhere else, then to return back to visit this Dunkin' until they have a drastic change. Go next-door to Special Tea Lounge instead. You won't regret it.
