Rude service and allegedly hours are different from the Dunkin’ app. Mobile order was not ready when I got here and they alleged they were still closed even though online and by app they were opened.

1st time visit, No donuts at all, tried the oatmeal cafe con leche, went to put cinnamon in cafe & lid was off & whole bunch spilled in my cafe, couldn't drink it but had to pay for it.

This particular location is generally a little slow but i didn’t mind because it’s on my way to work. I understand having preferred customers and regulars as someone who has worked customer service but this morning i was made to wait while the staff chatted. As i moved up to order a man came from behind me and got in front of me. The cashier greeted him and asked him what he wanted his regular order and rang him up as if she hadn’t seen me there at all. No apology, no explanation. Complete lack of respect for me and my time. I will not be returning to this location.

Several times I have come in I work across the street and the service is horrendous!! I ask a simple question and get attitude back don’t know how to work the system every time I try to use Dunkin’ rewards there’s an issue I will pay a lil more and just go to Starbucks inside target or the Dunkin’ on 24 st and coral way no manners here or politeness
