Am a government worker and haven’t gotten paid for weeks I don’t think I should be going through someone else’s mistake . In top of it she was very rude about it

Your employee Quanteria id# 613725 was terrible. She made me wait 5 minutes at the counter and was very rude when she finally approached me. She went as far as asking why I was waiting at the counter when she clearly knew I was waiting to place an order. I asked she repeated my order three times and blatantly ignored by her. She purposely messed up my order. I will not not be returning. By the reviews of this location customer service is always poor. Do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can a place of sweets run out of whipped cream? Being proactive in order not to run out would be a good idea. The candy bar drink was horrible they added vanilla foam LOL and a PINCH of candy on the top. The chocolate-topping sprinkles donut was thrown upside down in the bag. These 2 ladies were such a hot mess. RIDICULOUS
Picked up an early afternoon snack for the kids. Donuts tasted dry and out of most flavors. Isn't this a donut store?

Awful awful Dunkin location. They don’t listen to what you order. I can’t have caffeine and ordered a decaf coffee. They gave me fully caffeinated coffee and unfortunately I only found out once it was too late. It’s happened more than once. The workers were also fighting with each other. I don’t know why I even bother ever going back here.

I’m honestly not sure how this management even still stands at this location. Extremely poor service. Food quality is bad, service is slow, workers are rude. The manager being one of the worst ones. He’s extremely unprofessional. Love Dunkin but this location needs new management asap!
