11/5/2024..The service was horrible. The person who served us was wearing broken gloves, scratching her face, and touching her cell phone. I don't want anyone like that touching or brushing my donuts... how disgusting. At the end, I didn't order anything.

The atmosphere was odd because the tables layout has been changed. The place was clean and ordered. Service was impecable, food well made, fast delivered. We went for the $ 6.00 breakfast special, and I can't wait to go back for more.

Pretty good dunkin' donuts! There was only one person working behind the counter (a manager named Michael i believe) and he didn't seem too happy to be working by himself but he got our food out QUICK, delicious and our coffees are really good. We visited a dunkin' donuts last week at another location, there were about 6 employees at the time and it took a lot longer and the food wasn't as good. Unexpectedly good dunkin' donuts here

we order food for our office. the sandwiches burnt and some of the eggs had shells in it.
I love me a good donuts, however during my visit there I had a somewhat bizarre experience...the person african amerian gal with blonde hair taking order was on the phone with some corded Iphones on her ears, that was clue #1, when I approached the counter she walked away not even acknowledging me, instead another lady was kind enough to help me, but it was hard not to pay attention to the girl with the blonde hair as she kept on talking to someone on her iphone via FaceTime, she proceed to stop making drinks and walk towards the back for about 7 to 10 minutes, of course everyone's orders fell behind and the other two people working where clearly overwhelmed. When I asked my cashier if that was normal operations to talk om FaceTime while working and taking calls while on the clock? She just quietly whispered that she didn't want any problems with her and she kept on taking order while making drinks. I hope corporate office reads this as no employees should have to pull a lazy employee's slack much less be afraid to speak up.
