If I could give a zero I would! I ordered through door dash and door dash was great the dunkin however was not. They forgot my cinnamon roll, gave us the wrong donuts, made 2 sandwiches on crossiants one was supposed to be a muffin and didn't place any straws or napkins in the bag. Now I am trying to contact someone and they are not answering the phone. Poor customer service.

This place needs some attention. They need to fix the walls , looks like concrete breaking, sheet rock breaking and the center of my donut was raw. The place looks run down.

If you enjoy hot tasty coffee or hot chocolate then you can't do better than Dunkin donuts.Parking: Either drive up or drive through, parking ain't going be a problem for you.Kid-friendliness: Just give 'em a donut or two, and I guarantee they ain't going be a problem for you.Wheelchair accessibility: Not a worry, just come and get a donut and a cup of joe, and start your day right.

Great experience and for the first time in many years, My iced coffee was perfect. Never been to the Dunkin but he definitely got a new customer 10 out of 10 on beverage, food and customer service.

Horrible customer service. They leave you standing there and do not acknowledge you when picking up an order. I asked the lady if she can let me know when the order is ready. She ignored me. After a few minutes, she places the order on the counter and does not let me know. When I asked her if this bag was the order, she ignored me. When I asked again, she said yes, but did not even turn around. I said to her "you couldn't let me know the order was ready?" She ignored me. I asked the other lady to speak with a manager and the lady walked off rolling her eyes like a school girl and shook her head right infront of me. When I asked her infront of the manager if she was rollering her eyes at me, she denied it and said that wasn't true. The manager did not seem to care. I will be contacting district if this shameful poor customer service should continue. To the workers there, I pray for your healing and deliverance in Jesus name.

Ordered half dozen donuts for delivery and didn’t receive it. This isn’t the first time. That location needs much more improvement in quality and service for customers ordering delivery.

I went through drive through, people rush you to order, I order a Chai tea milk was nasty,sour. Make me throw up! I went inside to report it, no one paid enough attention, I asked them to switch my drink for something different, they gave me another drink, bigger size probably to shut my mouth. I observe that the lady check the machine, opened it that was dirty as hell!!!! Needed to be clean,sanitized, omg!!!!! Milk stuff was old, orally around the machine, seem like they haven't cleaned it in years!
