Dunkin'

I've been to this Dunkin' location three times now, and each visit has been more disappointing than the last. The drive-thru intercom is a nightmare; it takes ages for anyone to respond, leaving you sitting in silence and wondering if anyone is even there.

The store itself has an unkempt and abandoned look, creating an uninviting atmosphere that makes you question placing an order. To top it off, each time I’ve visited—during midday and early evening—I’ve found them out of donuts. How does a donut shop run out of donuts? It’s incredibly frustrating!

With service this bad, I honestly think this place should be investigated for a cover-up because there's no way they can stay in business like this. Until improvements are made, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Worst spot ever!!! It’s 5:45pm and they literally have ZERO doughnuts…..they close at 10pm. There’s TWO dudes working, ONE car in the drive thru…and it takes over 5 minutes to order a coffee. How is all this possible? Ridiculous!!!
Whatever good reviews are up MUST be fake! Horrible!!!

I come here every morning for my iced coffee before work. The service is always great on a consistent basis. The staff is very friendly and always on point! The manager I encounter in the mornings is awesome and has great customer service. He remembers my order whether I’m going through the drive thru or walking in. The service is unmatched which is why I continue to come here every day. 5 stars all around!!

They closed at 10:00 pm I arrived at 9:01 pm and they have zero donas ! She just said sorry ! How they arr open and no donas ? Zero zero donas !

Had a good experience nothing like what the review said I ordered a kiwi watermelon refresher with green tea and it was delicious. Cheese and egg croissant and it was delicious as well. Customer service was a 10/10!!

This Dunkin’ donut is absurd! The majority of times I go, they are out of so many donuts it’s crazy. Today I went at 10am and they had no glazed munchkins I returned at 5:30pm and at first he said they had them but when I got to the payment window he said they “just ran out” which I don’t know if they never had them the entire day or got a shipment and actually ran out in the hours between my visit. They were also out of jelly, strawberry frosted and he charged me for a vanilla frosted but I never received that either, I was so annoyed I didn’t even check the bag I wouldn’t have purchased anything if I had known from the start there were no munchkins I would have just left like I did in the morning. It’s so disappointing the standard that is allowed to pass here. I got the apple cider cinnamon donut and it was truly pathetic, it did not have one sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on the outside, I included a picture to show the ridiculousness of this donut, not like the advertisement at all. And it would have been decent if it came with the sugar it was supposed to but without it, it was not worth it. I got two of those donuts and they both were the same so I know it wasn’t a one time fluke. It’s honestly unacceptable, that I can’t ever go to get simple glazed munchkins or anything else. I also tried to call the store twice before driving there to ask if they had glazed munchkins and of course they didn’t answer and I was sent to voicemail so I decided to make the trip anyways hoping they would have something and I was wrong, I should have known better because every time I go they are out, it’s more likely pigs would fly then for me to go to this Dunkin’ donuts store and actually find glazed munchkins, good service and good quality donuts.

Service was not acceptable’ standing at counter’ I’m the only one waiting for minutes’ only to be told n Spanish’ something I don’t understand’ so I took my business elsewhere. Want tolerate unprofessional staff.

This Dunkin donuts never has donuts in the afternoon and the people at the drive true don't offer you anything when you're asking for something, which there is, the truth is every time I go it's the same thing. I don't understand what they do if they don't sell donuts.

Consistently sells watered down coffee cutting corners on quality. Everyone needs to be retrained. Staff barely speaks English. Better off driving to another coffee store.

Why mop the floor with a greasy, dirty , stinky , sticky … mop. Could hear my every sticky step as I walked….. second time in here first was okay. Had the egg & chorizo wrap and never again it was really bad, they didn’t heat it enough and was cold on the inside and was just bad all around …. I wouldn’t call it a wrap…. Wasn’t for me and I can eat almost anything…. As for the manager ….. what’s with the dark shades….. long night maybe……. Never again scratching this one off my list . Oh forgot slow service …

They try hard to give good service but notwell trained

Outstanding experience today at this location 137 Ave, and 154 St Miami.
Donuts delicious got Bavarian cream, jelly, and suggestion from Henry on the new flavor : cake icing taste awesome loved it.
Henry was so nice and friendly, smiled , suggested new flavor to try, and provided me with an excellent customer service. Location was super clean inside and outside parking too.
The yang man Henry definitely an asset to this location. All 5 Super STARS for service and food taste great, and cleanliness. Will visit more often.

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 min to get my order wrong ....it's simple sugar in the coffee and they can't even get that right but you want more pay .....please get your orders str8

People complain about slow service but that’s because this place gets busy. I will say this… this is the only Dunkin I’ve been to that remembers your name. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. This has become my favorite Dunkin.
