Dunkin'

This is definitely the place where you don't want to be waiting for any of the 4 employees to help customers order at the kiosk. They have no initiative and respect for the more than 15 customers waiting in line to order, they are simply standing there waiting to receive the order from a deficient system, slow and complicated for many, wait more than 30 minutes to be able to place my order and then the same time to receive it, definitely the manager has to pay attention to his deficient staff and without energy to work

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Dunkin’ location. The doughnuts often taste old and stale, like they’ve been sitting out far too long. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. The woman working the counter consistently has a bad attitude and makes customers feel like they’re an inconvenience. She always seems miserable and acts like she hates being there. It really ruins the experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Quite literally the WORST Dunkin in the South Florida area. They consistently get orders wrong or just forget items altogether. 4 out of my last 5 orders had something wrong - and good luck with your drink because they rarely include a straw too. I regularly order Dunkin throughout the week from various locations as I move around a lot, and never have I encountered one that so consistently screws up orders.

I'd rather drive to the one on 104 and 147. Can't even rate the food cos either I don't get it or it's wrong. Bagels aren't sliced, they don't have a cook sometimes, some workers don't know what they're doing or aren't trained right.

It's 6 am and everything they sell here tastes old. Especially the #1 thing a donut. They are hard like it's been sitting out for a long time. Bagels hard as rock not soft. Not from toasted but hard as old. And this is the thrid time in row in 3 days that everything is old. Never again. Plus everything shrunk in size. Donuts are tiny for $2.50 ! Bagels tiny as well. Never again!

I've been to this Dunkin' location three times now, and each visit has been more disappointing than the last. The drive-thru intercom is a nightmare; it takes ages for anyone to respond, leaving you sitting in silence and wondering if anyone is even there.

The store itself has an unkempt and abandoned look, creating an uninviting atmosphere that makes you question placing an order. To top it off, each time I’ve visited—during midday and early evening—I’ve found them out of donuts. How does a donut shop run out of donuts? It’s incredibly frustrating!

With service this bad, I honestly think this place should be investigated for a cover-up because there's no way they can stay in business like this. Until improvements are made, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Worst spot ever!!! It’s 5:45pm and they literally have ZERO doughnuts…..they close at 10pm. There’s TWO dudes working, ONE car in the drive thru…and it takes over 5 minutes to order a coffee. How is all this possible? Ridiculous!!!
Whatever good reviews are up MUST be fake! Horrible!!!

I come here every morning for my iced coffee before work. The service is always great on a consistent basis. The staff is very friendly and always on point! The manager I encounter in the mornings is awesome and has great customer service. He remembers my order whether I’m going through the drive thru or walking in. The service is unmatched which is why I continue to come here every day. 5 stars all around!!

They closed at 10:00 pm I arrived at 9:01 pm and they have zero donas ! She just said sorry ! How they arr open and no donas ? Zero zero donas !

Had a good experience nothing like what the review said I ordered a kiwi watermelon refresher with green tea and it was delicious. Cheese and egg croissant and it was delicious as well. Customer service was a 10/10!!

This Dunkin’ donut is absurd! The majority of times I go, they are out of so many donuts it’s crazy. Today I went at 10am and they had no glazed munchkins I returned at 5:30pm and at first he said they had them but when I got to the payment window he said they “just ran out” which I don’t know if they never had them the entire day or got a shipment and actually ran out in the hours between my visit. They were also out of jelly, strawberry frosted and he charged me for a vanilla frosted but I never received that either, I was so annoyed I didn’t even check the bag I wouldn’t have purchased anything if I had known from the start there were no munchkins I would have just left like I did in the morning. It’s so disappointing the standard that is allowed to pass here. I got the apple cider cinnamon donut and it was truly pathetic, it did not have one sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on the outside, I included a picture to show the ridiculousness of this donut, not like the advertisement at all. And it would have been decent if it came with the sugar it was supposed to but without it, it was not worth it. I got two of those donuts and they both were the same so I know it wasn’t a one time fluke. It’s honestly unacceptable, that I can’t ever go to get simple glazed munchkins or anything else. I also tried to call the store twice before driving there to ask if they had glazed munchkins and of course they didn’t answer and I was sent to voicemail so I decided to make the trip anyways hoping they would have something and I was wrong, I should have known better because every time I go they are out, it’s more likely pigs would fly then for me to go to this Dunkin’ donuts store and actually find glazed munchkins, good service and good quality donuts.

Service was not acceptable’ standing at counter’ I’m the only one waiting for minutes’ only to be told n Spanish’ something I don’t understand’ so I took my business elsewhere. Want tolerate unprofessional staff.
