If I could give this location negative stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When we first pulled up to the drive-thru, no one answered at all. After sitting there, we realized it was because the young employee was too busy on his phone.

When he finally acknowledged us, he acted completely clueless, as if he couldn’t understand a word we were saying, and then told us to drive around and start over. We did, and once again were ignored before anyone responded.

After placing our order, we weren’t told until we reached the window that they were out of three items we ordered; something they could have mentioned earlier. The same employee at the window seemed completely out of it, barely able to communicate, with absolutely zero customer service skills.

What makes this even more unacceptable is that there was no line at all; not in the drive-thru and not inside. There was no excuse for the chaos, confusion, or attitude. We ended up leaving without ordering anything.

This explains exactly why this location has such terrible ratings. Dunkin’ allows people like this to run their business, and it shows. I will never return to this location again.

There is a sign that says I can get free coffee if the bathroom is not spotless but on 10/27 but I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was not spotless but the employee still charged me for a coffee.
Yesterday I told the manager about it and she said that she can't do anything about it. I think they owe A refund for 10/27 but I can be wrong. Yesterday I told the manager about the employee charging me and she was like “yesterday was yesterday”. The manager is unprofessional and uncaring.
However, yesterday the bathroom was not spotless and I got a free drink. But I think they owe me a refund for the 10/27 one.

Customer service at this location needs some improvement. We ordered two capuchino and the milk was sour. The donuts was placed in a bag because supposedly they didn't have boxes. And the the other coffees had a weird taste as well. I have been here numerous times but lately i dont know what is going on but the quality, freshness and taste is just not the same. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money.

I always order a cappuccino and the Manager Claudia is extremely attentive, she is always smiling and willing to offer sugar and the staff in general never forget my creamers! I am a regular and they always go above and beyond. When I go with my dog the staff always say hi to her.

This location is getting worse and worse. I don't know what is going on. They are constantly messing up orders. NO one speaks English and they get mad when you tell them something is messed up. I rather drive to 152 than keep dealing with this location.

I’m not sure what is happening with this location. I have stopped by for years now and never had any issues. But lately, well let’s just say I’m not very happy. Twice in one week I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. This is the second time they gave me an old stale bagel. The crew is running around very disorganized. On one occasion I ordered food items and coffee. I received the coffee fast, but they completely forgot about my foods. The staff doesn’t speak English, which for me isn’t a problem, but there where some customers that didn’t speak Spanish and had a very hard time ordering there food.

Went through the drive through and got forgotten about. Had to swing through the window again and then they gave me my order wrong anyway. Asked for a refund and was politely given one.

The manager was clearly upset already as it seemed her employees were letting down multiple folks on this morning. Late to work but at least Dunkin did not get to keep my $12.

Lady was SUPER RUDE TO US. rushing us the whole time even though there was absolutely nobody there or behind us and she made the drinks awful on purpose. The drink says 3 sugars 3 creams and it tasted like straight up caffeine. When she was handing us our food she looked at us like I had just killed her dog. SO RUDE!!!

This is our favorite Dunkin' Coffee shop, my wife and I actually travel a few miles just to visit this Amazing Dunkin' Coffee shop because Their Service is The Best in the area!!!, their Coffee is always Perfect!... and all their Team are super sweet and very professional. And we do love the Latin vibe, we are in Miami what do others expect (?). I would like to thank their Manager for having such a great diverse and awesome Team! THANK YOU!
