This is our favorite Dunkin' Coffee shop, my wife and I actually travel a few miles just to visit this Amazing Dunkin' Coffee shop because Their Service is The Best in the area!!!, their Coffee is always Perfect!... and all their Team are super sweet and very professional. And we do love the Latin vibe, we are in Miami what do others expect (?). I would like to thank their Manager for having such a great diverse and awesome Team! THANK YOU!

I’ve always appreciated Dunkin’ Donuts for its menu variety and convenience, but my recent visit left me a bit disappointed with the customer service. While I understand that busy times can be stressful, the staff seemed rushed and inattentive, which made the experience less welcoming. My order was incorrect, and when I politely mentioned it, the response felt a bit dismissive. I asked twice to the girl who took care of me if she was sure my coffee was decaf since I enjoy coffee but I can’t take caffeine, and I explained it to her, she assured me it was decaf but label on the coffee did not say decaf, I took the coffee but when I tried i instantly knew it wasn’t decaf. I believe good customer service makes all the difference, and I hope the team can work on creating a more friendly and attentive atmosphere in the future.”

How is it that I spent almost $7 on an iced coffee and they give me an iced coffee with no ice? Luke warm!! it is disgusting not to mention horrible customer service.!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Like many others, I had a bad experience with an older woman with glasses, red hair, and a thick Spanish accent.
The customer service was awful. I ordered 3 items, including a 12-dozen donut box. When I asked for specific donuts, she told me to hold on, left (I assumed to see if the donuts were available), came back, and then basically forgot I was ordering and thought I was a new client, still speaking with an attitude. I wasn’t sure if my other items were included, so I asked to confirm at the window, and again, she responded rudely.
She didn’t offer a receipt, and I didn’t bother asking because her demeanor was so hostile. I suspect she avoided giving me a receipt to prevent any negative feedback about her poor work ethic.
I hope she has the day she deserves. And the other employees gave us no problems.

Jenny Manager, Claudia and staff are always so kind when I arrive. All the workers always recognize me when I come and are even so detailed and never forget my creamer with my black coffee. They are fast and when I order on the app through drive-thru, they are even faster. Seems like a nice humble bunching this location. Always attentive. Donuts are delicious here too!

I have no complaints about the food, but I found the customer service to be subpar, particularly from an older woman with glasses at the drive thru. Typically, I order via the mobile app, but today it seemed there was a glitch, and my order didn't go through. When I arrived at the drive-thru, this woman informed me, rather rudely, that my order hadn't gone through and that I needed to place it again. Understanding it was likely a mistake on my end or the app's, I willingly placed another order.
As I waited at the pickup window, I heard her complain about my car being there, despite no other cars being behind me. To accommodate potential other customers, I drove around the drive-thru again, only to find no other cars waiting. When I returned to the window, she shouted that the coffee wasn't ready and instructed me to park. Frustrated, I asked, "What is your problem?" How is waiting for my mobile order (a medium iced coffee) any different from placing the order directly at the drive-thru window and waiting for it at the window?
The young lady at the window was very kind and apologized several times. Another cashier even reassured the older woman that it had only been 15 seconds. If she dislikes her job so much, she should consider finding a new one. I will gladly pay more and take my business to Starbucks, where I consistently receive better treatment than what I received this morning.

I came before 10 and the place was closed
This place is characterized by the poor service of its employees, they always have a bad attitude to serve you. We arrived at the place at 7:40 pm and the place closed at 8:00 pm and from the moment we arrived their attention was terrible. Bad face, curt answers, or no answer. We asked for little ice in the drinks and the employee threw the glass with a bad attitude. When she threw away the ice, she threw away the syrup, so the coffee was poorly made. I reminded her that the hours were until 8 pm. And that he understood that he wanted to leave. They also told more customers that they were already closing and it wasn't even 8 pm. I hope they give them a customer service course

I go here quite frequently. Jenny and her team always make sure the order is perfect before I leave. They’ve come to know me by name and never have any attitude when I need something corrected. For this reason, I keep coming to this location.

I am really surprised by the lack of respect of the cashier with transparent glasses, the week before we came to buy and she was watching a movie on her phone and she didn't even look at us to say hello even though we arrived saying good morning and while she took our order she continued with the phone... TODAY we arrived and the cashier was typing on the phone, she left us waiting and my annoyed husband raised his voice saying good morning since he didn't even look at us and took our order while he continued on the phone and forgot to give us a drink for being distracted by the phone ?, but it draws our attention so much that there is no manager to call attention to this employee who does not provide service, it is the last time we go.
The service is terrible if you are ordering inside . Management obviously doesn’t care . You stand there and not even greeted or acknowledged that you are there . This has happened more than once .
