This place has rude terrible service! The girl was on her phone while taking our order. Nobody could even greet us. Everyone behind the counter walked away when we walked in and acted as though we were a pain in there butt. We will not be back!

The girl at the checkout was excellent, she made me a delicious cappuccino. But the girls who prepare the food, I think they were more concerned with celebrating a birthday than with the preparations because they gave me a literally cold bagel . How horrible ???????.

This Dunkin donuts is the worst in Miami. It's early in the morning and they have stale old donuts from the previous day or who knows. Even the cashier said they're serving old donuts. Every time you order a bottled soda the machine the cooler is completely empty. I asked the cashier why they don't fill up the cooler and she said she has no idea lol So they give me a hot 20 oz bottle with a cup of ice. This place must be losing alot of business to Wawa
