Worst Dunkin’ I’ve been too! Two ladies working and they didn’t want to take my order. At first, they told me to order through the kiosk. The system was confusing, so I asked why couldn’t she take my order, she said fine. She had an attitude, but I tried to ignore it. I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar. When she handed me the coffee it was very black, she barely put any cream and it wasn’t sweet. I had to request more cream and sugar, she gave it to me and walked away. Horrible service, won’t be back.

People are nice. But almost 7.00 for 2 20oz sodas is highway robbery( no pun intended? DD bagel breakfast sand is 6.00 still high priced but at least it was a decent size.

I went there tonight and asked the young lady for a large hot coffee, She looked at me as if she had no clue what I was asking for, Everyone there act as if they don’t speak English, I find this to be very interesting , I certainly would not be spending a dime in this establishment ever again …
I stood on line for 10 minutes and the ladies working are just standing there looking at the people around not even asking if anyone needs help. It’s coffee and donuts ladies. Real easy

Looks like this DD had a recent upgrade, no more broken expresso. Sometimes they'd give you regular coffee thinking you won't notice. Meh☹️. Now it's got some new machines even an ordering kiosk. This facility is conveniently shared with Shells station so you can get other knickknacks if coffee & donuts don't suit you. Oh yeah, bathroom is why I stopped in the first place. Getting back on the Turnpike is very annoying. You have to share a left turn lane, much traffic. Didn't used to like that. Still, so many conveniences.

This Dunkin' was a real disappointment. The staff was unprofessional, spending more time on their phones and chatting than serving customers. It felt like they were completely ignoring us. The manager really needs to step up and hire more dedicated workers. My experience here was frustrating and I won't be coming back.
