My husband went around 7:38PM, store closes at 8PM (according to Apple Maps)
Tonight, my husband asked three separate times why they were already closed, and the only response he got was, “the machines are in their cleaning process.” This seems to be a pattern at places that want to close early, but if that’s the case, we’ll just take our business to the 24-hour Pinecrest location next door.
Honestly, this Dunkin’ either needs new management or should consider closing altogether if they’re not going to honor their own hours.
Another odd experience: one time we called to ask about a promotion, and the number listed on Google rang to a completely random person who simply said, “sorry, wrong number?” Very strange and if it was just an employee trying to not work, very unprofessional.
Overall, not a reliable location.

This place was horrible had to ask for a refund. Service was horrible, they messed up my order and they had an attitude about it. Just awful please get them some good management

Donuts as expected. Coffee was bland. Regular black coffee took 10 minutes to be served. I asked for napkins and they pointed to 2 napkins on the counter. Place was dirty. Really disappointed.

Horrible service! The girl behind the counter stood there talking on the phone with her boyfriend while the place was full of customers—she didn’t even take anyone’s order. Another employee was just packing donuts, looking miserable like he hated his job, and also ignored everyone until I finally asked, “Are you guys open?” Definitely not the kind of service you expect when walking in.

Small store but it was clean when I visited. Very busy location. Restroom was clean. Food is similar to other Dunkin locations. There are 4 or 5 tables available.

loveeee this dunkin. all the staff are so nice and helpful xx a little bit of morning rush but if you moble order it’s ready in less than a minute. a few tables and chairs inside. always clean 🧽
Horrible spot..ordered online and when I got there they said they didn't have any strawberries for the drink! I drove 20 min for it

This location could really benefit from a little care and renovation. The place felt a bit unclean, and the two coffees we were served were cold. When we asked about it, the response from the staff wasn’t the friendliest. That said, I believe this spot has potential to be so much better with a few improvements in cleanliness and customer service. Hoping to see it turn around—it could be a great neighborhood stop!

Came around 7:30 P.M 6/11/25 and there were 2 employees who were super attentive and kind. Delicious made drinks and will definitely be back!:) (P.S. they deserve a raise)

For some reason, the last orders I placed in the mobile app are not only ready in a timely manner, but the the mini bagels are undercooked and my latte with almond milk they do it with regular american coffee and regular milk. I will not continue placing my orders at this location.
