20 minutes to get 2 little bagel bites and a muffin 🤬 service is horrible and no bedside manners whatsoever! Not the lack of employees their were plenty. Common sense is non existence Manager needs to train the employees better to service customers in a professional way. The only one that was nice was the man at the cashier.

I ordered the loaded Chipotle hash browns. The picture on the website shows the cup full to the top. What i got was pathetic, it was only half full. (Dunkin Donuts should save themselves some money and just put it in a smaller cup!) The picture is very misleading as to what you really get. When I received the hashbrowns I asked the lady if she could fill it more but she said thats all you get. I've gone to other Dunkin Donuts and they do fill the cup.. this Dunkin Donuts is robbing you!

I ordered a hot Chai latte through the app and it was ready when I arrived. Since the Chai latte comes out lacking flavor, I asked the server to make it stronger and she kindly obliged. It turned out a lot better. I really appreciate their customer service.

Order a chicken wrap and instead was sent a croissant with a piece of breaded chicken. Called them repeatedly and they don’t answer their phone. Had to throw the sandwich in the garbage

I come here each sunday for a time of donuts and the general enjoyment of the atmosphere. While on the topic of atmosphere I mean literal atmosphere. It's always so hot and the air feels congested. The staff is passing out and the AC not being fuctional makes it an unsafe environment for the staff. Great service but they need to fix the AC immediately.
