I come here each sunday for a time of donuts and the general enjoyment of the atmosphere. While on the topic of atmosphere I mean literal atmosphere. It's always so hot and the air feels congested. The staff is passing out and the AC not being fuctional makes it an unsafe environment for the staff. Great service but they need to fix the AC immediately.

Very easy in and out for my food, soent less than 10 minutes inside waiting.Depending on the time of day you may have very few donuts to select from, so caution on that! Otherwise it is great.

This is the worst dunkin donuts in all miami, I have been there over 4 times because is the closest to my house but I have never been in luck, they rarelly have fresh donuts and never ever have a good variety usually they have only 3 or 4 kind of donut only. I am posting the review today because not once I've had a good experience there.

This is possibly one of the worsts Dunkins in Miami. Usually the food is not bad but the orders are wrong in one form or another most of the time and the staff is extremely rude. Multiple times I've had someone speak to me with attitude for absolutely no reason.
Dani and Sophie are amazing, they received customers with a smile, always have the orders on time, I really recommend them if you’re going to order something from West Kendall store. You will receive the best attention and this is by far my favorite Dunkin
