Very bad service and very poor responsibility. Never order on the app to pick up at a certain time. I paid for 2 dozen donuts customized to pick up in the afternoon. Did not have any donuts of what I ordered, no boston kreme, no bavarian, no glazed, no chocolate frosted, no jelly.

I ordered a hot Chai latte through the app and it was ready when I arrived. Since the Chai latte comes out lacking flavor, I asked the server to make it stronger and she kindly obliged. It turned out a lot better. I really appreciate their customer service.

Order a chicken wrap and instead was sent a croissant with a piece of breaded chicken. Called them repeatedly and they don’t answer their phone. Had to throw the sandwich in the garbage

I come here each sunday for a time of donuts and the general enjoyment of the atmosphere. While on the topic of atmosphere I mean literal atmosphere. It's always so hot and the air feels congested. The staff is passing out and the AC not being fuctional makes it an unsafe environment for the staff. Great service but they need to fix the AC immediately.
Service was awesome but it’s so hot in there ,how can anyone be in there for more than a minute I felt like fainting . What fast food place has no A/C. I feel so bad for the workers for having to work with no air it’s more hot inside then outside.

Very easy in and out for my food, soent less than 10 minutes inside waiting.Depending on the time of day you may have very few donuts to select from, so caution on that! Otherwise it is great.

This is the worst dunkin donuts in all miami, I have been there over 4 times because is the closest to my house but I have never been in luck, they rarelly have fresh donuts and never ever have a good variety usually they have only 3 or 4 kind of donut only. I am posting the review today because not once I've had a good experience there.
