Wow, I really don’t go out of my way to leave bad reviews unless absolutely deserved and let me tell you, this young lady deserves every letter. May 16 1:50 AM my wife and I are embarking on a road trip across FL and we made the mistake of stopping at this specific Dunkin to grab a bite before getting on the road. As we approached the drive thru we waited a few moments for a greeting but never got one so we initiated contact to which we got a barely audible response from the microphone, almost a whisper even. When we asked for the employee to speak up we were met with very snarky and dry responses. My wife and I ordered a BEC croissant and bagel double toasted, an ice coffee, a frozen coffee, BB glazed and reg. Glazed donut. So it took about 15 min for this lady to put everything together which we didn’t mind the long wait time due to she was probably the only one there. When she gave us our order my frozen coffee was all liquid, no ice at ALL. So we asked for it to be remade to which we got attitude about as well. As I was waiting for my drink to be remade we took bite out of our sandwiches and had to spit it out simultaneously. My sandwich was as black as a hockey puck so was my wife’s with the middle of the sandwich still not as hot as the rest of the sandwich. At this point I was livid and fed up with the horrendous customer service I was receiving. The employee gave me back my remade drink which was again not the frozen coffee i asked for and I just had to drive off before things escalated. This young lady is the epitome of incompetence and has given me one of the worst customer service experience to date. If we were bothering her by being paying customers then I don’t think she has any business being employed there.

Service here is quick and the food is always good. Although the drinks could be better sometimes my refresher that I get isn’t mixed properly the tea will be at the top and the refresher mix is at the bottom. Overall though my experience is always good. The donuts are perfect.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was beyond gross. I stopped by this Dunkin’ and watched one of the employees take the lid off a garbage can and set it right next to the registers—in full view of customers—like it was no big deal. He even looked over at his coworker and smirked like, “whatever.”
It’s one thing to be careless, but this was blatant disregard for hygiene and customer safety. If that’s what they’re doing out front, I can’t imagine what’s happening in the back. This place seriously needs a visit from the health department ASAP.

Terrible experience. They messed up my order 3 different times and charged me for extra. I tried explaining what I wanted and when I tried to explain it they just kept ignoring me and giving me the wrong thing. They wouldn’t even give me my receipt so I could show they where they messed up and explain it better.

I asked for a strawberry dragonfruit only with water. I got something different than what I asked for.when I asked the lady’s politely to make my drink with only water they refused. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location .

Of the 3-4 DDs in the area, this one consistently has the least impressive customer service. The early morning and late night staff tend to be older ladies and half the time don't speak very good English which results in a frustrating experience if you need vocal interaction (such as an item missing from an order, or adding to an order, or using rewards). I don't understand the trend of hiring customer-facing employees lately that don't speak FLUENT English and/or Spanish. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism has shown more lately. I generally wait several times before reviewing local stops but this one has proven time again that an assessment of the staff needs to be had.
Being from NY, and being use to having A Dunkin always within a mile of my house, I was surprised to see that there are not too many locations in Miami Dade. Thankfully, this is the closest to my house and has excellent hours of operations except the weekend. They typically have a big staff in the morning hours. The drive thru can get chaotic, but nonetheless, good to have it The only negative is that the parking lot of that shopping center is a disaster at all times.

this place was really good! the workers are extremely welcoming and friendly. I went there past 12am and was received well and donuts were also pretty good, definitely new and not old.
