This Dunkin is the worst. Totally inefficient, if you want to wait 30 minutes in line for a coffee and a bagel then this is the place for you.

Ordered through drive thru with Lynn. She had no customer service etiquette and had an attitude while I was being nice. I tried to get her attention after I noticed my coffee was watered down and I had to honk a few times because she was too busy on her phone. Afterwards she snatched my drink, added to it then handed it back without a word even after i said thank u. Who’s hiring these ghetto people???

I only come to this DD because of the convenience of it being close to my job. I think this location needs better management. The drive thru line id always long and then When you’re next in line to receive & pay for your order, they make you wait long periods of time before you can drive up to the window. And it’s even more frustrating when you wait for such a long time in line, just for them to mess up your order. It’s ridiculous. Please do better.

My drink is wrong half the time I go here, which is rare. Iced caps are never blended, hot drinks are ice cold (they put the espresso in cold milk), flavors are never added. Total waste of money.
