They close before the hours of operation it says 8PM and the guy closed it at 7PM how ridiculous and there’s no accountability for this situation the district manager should be reviewing this store.

I placed an order just to not even receive it, waste of time and money. I placed an order and got a message saying it was ready at 7pm just for me to get there and the worker inside nods no saying that store is closed… mind you when you search for this store it says they close at 8pm and even the door outside says 8pm. It may be that they decide to close themselves at 7 to probably leave early. Least they could have done was give it to me via the window of the drive thru. Horrible & ridiculous

Placed my order through DoorDash, but I didn’t receive my complete order, I was missing my plain mini bagels and I never got it. I called store to let them know and she said they forgot to give me a call and let me know they didn’t have anymore of the plain but that they should’ve called me to let me know and substitute it for something else but they never did. I asked the lady if there was anything she could do to bring me and order or something else or at least give me a refund and she said there was nothing she can do but she ain’t even try to help me out or figure something out. I’m very disappointed because that was the only thing I order for breakfast and I now I am hangry and upset over the fact that she didn’t even try to at least give me a solution when the problem was on yall. Service was terrible and yall should be a little more helpful next time.

The worst thing that could have happened happened. I consumed mold from these nasty inconsiderate pieces of work. They sold me moldy eggs and when I reached out to make a customer complain I was told I would be reached out to in two days. Boy was that the biggest lie I have ever been told. Not only did they ignore my complaint I was never refunded or given any sort of accommodation. KEEPS YOUR FAMILY WELL AND ALIVE STAY AWAY FROM DUNKIN!!!! They obviously don’t do food inspections.

Very bad service... I placed my order through the drive thru because the baby was asleep and they asked me to wait to take my order. When I saw that a lot of time had passed, I went down to ask... and what a surprise, all the employees gathered together, talking and joking and they didn't even remember my order.😤
