The location is bad. If there is a seasonal drink, you can bet that don't have it. Their only concern is the drive thru timer. I not only waited to pay behind the sensor for 5 minutes but then was asked to pull around and park for an additional couple for a grilled cheese. This is constant too as Ive come here for the better part of 3 years. No one is inside so I don't understand the how me up. The Dunkin up past 125th like 4-5 minutes north should be the location you go to. Avoid this one if you can.

Owners need to look at these poor reviews and make some changes. There is never enough staff and they run out of things. Some staff are very nice but nice doesn’t solve the real problems with this location.

The guy making my sandwich placed my egg sandwich egg direct on the metal counter with no cookie paper or anything to separate it. How sanitary that metal counter is for prepping sandwich??
This was Thursday morning at 7am. Crazy. Wasn’t even that busy.

Bring back a toster. The employees and the.people that own this place, like others have begun using ovens. They do not toast anymore, a simple large opening toaster would do.They heat. I ORDERED a toasted bagel. Yep, heated begal. Over 1 dozen times same garbage, double heated, NEVER ..NEVER TOASTED. They are clueless on what a toasted bagel or toasted croissant really is. Today I asked are you sure you can double toast it, not just heat it up real hot to burn my fingers.Oh yes, well clueless, double heated way to soft and hot, I threw it away. Please if you are too stupid to know what toasted is, visit a bagelshop, double toasted, see how it's done. Or, even more stupid, well GOOGLE IT, ASK SERRI ,TRY YOU TUBE..A commercial double wide opening toaster.

These workers are overworked and underpaid. Today was clearly super busy, and the DD app was not working & people were upset. Although they were clearly overwhelmed the cashier was attentive and made me a frozen iced coffee because the monthly flavor was discontinued.

I used to be a regular at this location and would come almost daily when it first opened. The staff were friendly and my order was always fresh & correct.Over the past few years this location has steadily become so bad, today was my last time trying to order there.About 8 different times over the past 2 years I would pull up at the drive thru and they would randomly be closed hours before their closing time.The past 2 visits they messed up my order.Today they closed their kitchen 2 hours early and claimed the food menu was done for the day. The latte I ordered is supposed to come with whipped cream and cinnamon on top. When I opened it there were no toppings and I saw some coffee grounds floating around. I tried it anyway and it was really watered down and the flavor was off, almost spoiled tasting.I love Dunkin’ and visit locations all over South Florida, really sad that this one has become the worst one I’ve visited.I really hope they do an audit or retrain the staff because this was so bad!(Also hate leaving bad reviews but after giving them about 10 more tries, I am the fool here lol)

"I was double charged by Dunkin', and despite assurances from a manager that I would receive a refund, they charged my card again for the same amount. This has been a significant inconvenience for me. I have already reached out to Dunkin' corporate regarding the matter, but I am still awaiting a response."

This location is only serving medium or large portions. Went on 2 different weeks, the first time I was told they had no small cups, so no problem, I got a medium. Maybe there were in fact out of that size.Next week came back to get drinks for several people, again no small of anything. Such a lame way to lose customers.At least they have a drive-thru. 2 stars because of this.

The guy at the counter was friendly and polite. The people in the kitchen behind just talk loudly; it seems like they don’t have much to do. The place is dirty, tables very unclean, and the avocado toast was very poor. I complained, and they laughed. Certainly, I won’t be coming back.
