also i stood in their long line just to get to the cashier and find out their espresso machine is not working

Staff were kind and got our order correct. The express Dunkin in Miami Airport was clean and the line went quickly. One worker went out of her way to defend my child when a grown women tried to snatch her drink from her hand, claiming it was hers but it wasn't even what she ordered. Thank you for your kindness Dunkin team.

This is my first time making a bad review but the whole crew were so rude and had zero customer service, I just wanted an iced coffee and the cashier treated me like I was stupid and was speaking badly about customer in Spanish to another coworker. I took a short vacation for two weeks, I came to this establishment twice in two weeks and both times I had the same problem, they should spend less time talking to each other and more time listening to the customer.
