Staff were kind and got our order correct. The express Dunkin in Miami Airport was clean and the line went quickly. One worker went out of her way to defend my child when a grown women tried to snatch her drink from her hand, claiming it was hers but it wasn't even what she ordered. Thank you for your kindness Dunkin team.

This is my first time making a bad review but the whole crew were so rude and had zero customer service, I just wanted an iced coffee and the cashier treated me like I was stupid and was speaking badly about customer in Spanish to another coworker. I took a short vacation for two weeks, I came to this establishment twice in two weeks and both times I had the same problem, they should spend less time talking to each other and more time listening to the customer.

Terrible, probably the worst Dunkin in Miami. Ordered a box with 6 donuts on the store’s tablet. After 20 minutes waiting seeing many customers who ordered after me receiving their orders the cashier lady see my receipt laying in front of her and decides to call my name asking which donuts I want, what’s the purpose of selecting on the tablet if you’ll be asked again? Anyway, half of the flavors were missing and the lady appeared to didn’t even know the donut’s names. After all that the donuts were clearly old, probably from a few days before.

Great place to get a quick donut and drink at the airport. Donuts were fresh and NOT stale. Prices were also fair. They were fast and nice. The key is to go in the morning to avoid getting stale donuts. Otherwise great place to get something quick while catching a connecting flight.
