Rene the manager is a life saver he was so amazing helping get two boxes of Joe for my crew super last minute. He is a hustler and keeps the store running smoothly! Love this place will be back for sure

I went to this location on Sunday, 11/16/25. I understand that weekends will be busier. There were several people in line before me. They had ample staff, but were not very organized and the line was moving very slow. Finally, I got to the front of the line. All I ordered was 1 donut and a coffee. I have worked in food service before and typically, when somebody comes with an easy order, the cashier can get it right away, especially when by this time, the line was out the door. Instead, she kept taking orders at a snails pace. I would not expect to be put in front of anyone else. Many people had ordered things needing to be toasted which takes time. It takes 20 seconds or less to pour a cup of coffee and grab a donut. After waiting for another 10 minutes and seeing somebody who was behind me get a large order, I asked why my simple order was taking so long. They had no straight answer for me and I was told they probably gave my coffee to somebody else. The lady got my order and finally I was on my way. I go to Dunkin Donuts in Brickell all the time and things run a lot smoother. I won't be visiting this location again.

The ice cream was amazing but unfortunately the service was not. The manager on duty Sandra was rude. I came in with my family and asked to taste one of the ice creams and she spoke in creole to her co worker to only limit us to ONE tasting. Little did she know my husband understood her. It was extremely unprofessional to assume we didn’t understand what she said and came off extremely rude.

We tried the app-not working... and then, the employees, even the manager, act like it is not a big deal... but it keeps happening... over... and over... and over again.... Just to try to make sure that our order is right or make any necessary changes on time... :(

Friendly employees. But asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso and got just the shaken. So much ice and barely and drink. Half was filled with foam and I had to ask for more milk. It should be oatmilk, but they gave me regular. I couldn't ask more beyond that

We door dashed coffee and our order (3 coffees) was ENTIRELY wrong! Recheck what I ordered, nope, still wrong! Tried calling business at which time they couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone! NEVER will I order from here again!
