This location is horrible! They have employees fighting & causing drama with their fellow employees as well as with their customers. I wouldn't go there if it were the last place on Earth! it's unsanitary & unsafe. The few times I've tried this location there was always a heavy police presence due to the employees fighting! At this point just shut it down.

The worst Dunkin in the world. Just went, was told to wait for 10 minutes to even speak to them, nobody was in store. Finally when I was attended to after 10 minutes even though I was the only person there I was told they didn’t have anything and that everything would arrive “later”.

Rude and high key slow ash I’m telling her I’m going to get out of the drive thru to place a mobile order because this homeless lady wanted something and asked me to get her something when I got there which was also annoying ash and she literally just repeated the same thing back to me and told me to get out of the drive thru like did I not just tell you that people are slow

I entered Dunkin donuts and asked to use the restroom I was told I have to order something to use the restroom. I ordered a bottle of water to use the restroom for it to not have paper.

The pros: nice staff drive-through runs smoothly. The cons: inconsistent flavor, got a few lattes that tasted like oat milk only (gross!) When it’s made correctly you taste the other ingredients. It wasn’t like that when I first started going here, they were making it perfectly and the past week or so the drink has been nasty every time. I felt bad asking them to remake it but for the price I had to. Idk if it’s employee error, or ingredients changed - It’s an understandable mistake for a young or new employee - but please fix it.
