The lobby atmosphere was quiet and inviting. The staff failed to greet or notice customers entering and waiting inside lobby. The staff gossips and curses in midst of their own personal non job related conversations while unrecognizing waiting customers that have entered the store. The food machine had a burnt smell necessitating over due cleaning that must've went skipped. The wall outlet plugs do work but has a loose plug connection.

The pros: nice staff drive-through runs smoothly. The cons: inconsistent flavor, got a few lattes that tasted like oat milk only (gross!) When it’s made correctly you taste the other ingredients. It wasn’t like that when I first started going here, they were making it perfectly and the past week or so the drink has been nasty every time. I felt bad asking them to remake it but for the price I had to. Idk if it’s employee error, or ingredients changed - It’s an understandable...

My favorite Dunkin location. The staff is polite and very friendly. The manager is awesome. They know my order and it's ready for me as soon as I walk in the door. Even on rough days, they always smile.
