It's a horrible place... they never open on time... I've been having this toast with bacon for breakfast for months and the two times I've ordered it here they never put bacon in it... the service is terrible... there's a blonde lady who's always annoying and doesn't even work. He doesn't even say good morning to you. Personally, I will never go there again. One of the worst experiences at the Dunkin’ Donuts, the morning crew open late no work hours post at the business door and is my third time in the same situation. If you go thru google said open at 5am that is not true. Avoid this locations if you can. 67 SW and 8 ST. Only reason I have to come here because is the more closely.

I was at Dunkin Dounat 8 st. 67 ave. at 4:45 afternoons and it was empty,no Dounats at all,I can’t believe why at that time and Saturday they no have no food,is unacceptable they should close at 2:00 o close the place how come you not don’t have a good service until 9:00 p.m like it just to be with full of dounats ,I was very mad 😡 you guy’s should do something about it if don’t care then close the place

I had better service here when they had two words in their name. You hate to see it but this what you come to expect from a corp place that doesn’t respect their employees. The employees in turn don’t respect their patrons. Employee ms where huddled up on their phones when I walked in. Had to give them a Miami hello to get service. I placed my order but by the time they began to make they didn’t have what i ordered so I got a refund and went on my way. How do you not know what you have left? Oh that right, 0 communication. Will not be returning here.

I went through the drive thru and when I stopped to drink the coffee and eat the donut, the donut looked like she put her finger through the donut and squished out the jelly all inside the cartoon. Now I have to stop somewhere else and get a donut and coffee! What bad service. I have never been to this Dunkin before and I definitely won't be returning. I'll go to Starbucks before I get another coffee there!
