The girl with the bonet working at the counter taking order is one rude and two should not be in her phone when people are trying to order food I had to repeat myself several times and her attitude when you have to repeat yourself to her when she’s not even paying attention

I will never recommend this location, It's like everyday i have to wait in drive thru 35 minutes just to be told they don't have a common item, Every single day, Then the guy that is taking the order is very rude which is today 9:23am im never coming back

Unsatisfactory experience at this location. I asked for my order to be repeated three times, yet it was still incorrect. The food was cold, the hash browns were burnt and poorly portioned.
When I requested a manager, I was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude. I was told I would need to pay again for one of the missing items. When I opted not to do so, the remaining item was handed to me abruptly, and the window was closed shut.
I waited approximately 20 minutes at the drive-thru window, causing me to return late to work. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.

12/12/25 3:30pm there was a light skinned young lady with black glasses and a ponytail in the drive through very disgusting with her attitude towards me because of her mistake im diabetic there is certain sugary things i cant have i told her to not put any sugar things in my drink and was very unprofessional terrible service.

I'm an out of town tradesmen that stopped at this location this morning and the guests in the lobby we're very pleasant and the help and staff were above and beyond what I expected for service. Great job staff!!
Last time I went they said the didn’t have donuts today I went at 7 and the guy said it was closed but in the website said other wise we go through the drive through and ask for some donuts and they said they didn’t have any this place really sucks just like the workers
