For me it was first experience here in USA and I loved the mini bagels, hash browns as well as coffee with 2 cream and two sugar. Would definitely visit the Dunkin again whenever or wherever I see it.

I don’t Usually like to give one star reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my service today. I went to this Dunkin to order donuts for my job and use my corporate card additionally I wanted to purchase my own drink on a separate order. I let the employee know and he immediately told me no he could not do that because he didn’t wanna mess up his timer. So he chose a timer versus customer service. I’m pretty sure that the customer service is more important than a timer, and all I was asking for was a drink a small drink . It wouldn’t have changed their timer he told me that he couldn’t make my drink then, but that I can get back in line and order again at this point the line was long. I do not appreciate this kind of service, especially when it was only two items.

The absolute worst customer service experience I have had in a long time was at this location. The lady was on the phone chatting up a storm and not assisting the customers. The restroom didn't have any toilet paper and I informed all three adults working and they just looked at me. Meanwhile, the young lady was still on her cellphone not helping customers!
