I waited more than 5 minutes, there was no one in front of the cash register except me. 4 people behind the counter, who apparently didn't want to work... another customer left too... 1 star because you can't give 0 for unfriendly...

Few tables enabled and very dirty. We had to ask them to clean it so we could use it. The floor all sticky from some spilled drink... It was disgusting to sit there and eat. The sandwiches and coffee are very delicious.

We bought ham and beef sandwiches 2 times, the first time well loaded and well cooked, the second time the 2 beef sandwiches came raw and they told me that they are made that way, they couldn't heat it up for me because I was turning off the oven, the soft drinks were all lukewarm, I spent 62 USD I don't recommend avoiding it at all costs.

My friend and I both got food poisoning after eating the chipotle chicken sandwich here. My friend was sick the whole flight back to LHR and I was sick once I got home. This lasted over 48 hours. We did not eat any other food this day and it is the only food that we ate from the same place
