We came to Earls Kitchen + Bar to celebrate Jessica's birthday, and the entire staff made it such a special night. They all signed a birthday card for her, and our server Jess went above and beyond; she took group photos for us, gave great recommendations, and even joined in when they sang Happy Birthday. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The food was delicious, the drinks were truly craft, and the overall vibe made it a perfect celebration. Highly recommend!
Have been to Earls and specifically this location many times and the food is always fantastic. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Service is usually great as well but this particular visit however the service was really not there. Not sure if the server was new or just having an off night but through the whole dinner it was one thing after another. It took some time before we were able to put in a drink order and an even longer time before we placed our food order...
Thank you Grace for the amazing experience at E.K.B. You were knowledgeable, attentive, and service was superb. We had a 10:45am service so no crowd at all. Food and drinks came out timely.
