Restaurant is beautiful. You don't feel like you're in a mall. Our only hiccup: we had two large tables in our party. One sat by the bar, one sat by the kitchen. The server for the by the bar table was the best. Fast service, very attentive, great food, separate checks no problem. The server by the kitchen was great until he said he couldn't do separate checks. We sought a second opinion from a manager since it was just completed with no difficulty by a server....
We had an amazing experience celebrating a friend's birthday! Our server, Michael, truly went above and beyond to make the night special. The manager, Katie, also stopped by to check on us and made sure we were enjoying ourselves, which we really appreciated. Exceptional service all around—such a great experience, and we will definitely be coming back!
We have come to Earls a few times but today we were blown away by Niska who sat us down but was so attentive to our party with kids. She made sure we had our table set up properly and everything. Our server Genesis was amazing as always! It was our second time with her and she again provided incredible service and attention. When the service and staff provide such an incredible experience as this, we want to keep coming back and referring our friends and family to come here.
