Edible Cake Images

We used this company on a whim due to our size of image needed for a customer's order - we ordered last Thursday and it arrived the following monday with the UPS 3 Business day shipping. Quality of the image is perfect and would recommend!

Never received my package. The tracking info has said “delayed” for 3 days and they keep telling me to contact USPS. Instead I’ll be contacting my bank and reporting it as “never received goods”.

I ordered a screen printed cake topper for my son's birthday on July 2 from a company called Edible Cake Images. While their reviews on Yelp were horrendous, the reviews on their website were fine, so I took the chance. Well, I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt...

By July 18 my order had still not arrived, and the UPS representative I spoke to determined that the package was lost. Although the tracking said "delay" and "no further information" could be found about the package, updates and movement had stopped on July 8. That qualifies the package as lost -- again, directly from the UPS representative. When I emailed Edible Cake Images for assistance, even including my download of the conversation with UPS, they insisted the package was just lost and would still arrive. I politely emailed again, explaining everything above, and heard...silence. No response. Their phone number doesn't work either. This company, that had taken my money in exchange for no product, was ghosting me.

Their customer service is actively atrocious and they are keeping my money for a product that I NEVER RECEIVED. Their actions as a business providing a service for children's birthdays are unconscionable. Look at the Yelp reviews and believe them!

I ordered my edible image on March 28th. I submitted that the day I needed it by was April 11th. got the tracking number the next day on the 29th. Since that day, the shipping information never updated. I reached out on April 8th and was told that they don't sit on packages and to check again in 72 hours. I checked today April 12th and there has been no change or update. I reached out and have not received a response. I needed the image for my daughter's party on April 13th. I had to go out today and find an alternative for her cake. I am very disappointed in the service. WILL NOT USE AGAIN!!!

I ordered a cake and paid extra for delivery to make sure it arrived in time. The order showed label was created but had not shipped for almost a week. The edible image ended up being late for my son's party. There are lots of businesses that do this type of work. I would use another one.

My personalized message was not printed on my order. I emailed them, called, left messages and even sent a chat from there website. NO RESPONSE BACK. I paid a little over 30.00 to be disappointed.

I saw a few bad reviews after I ordered an edible image for my son's birthday cake. I was worried something would go wrong or the image would be late because I saw that the shipping label had been created but they didn't ship it yet. I emailed the company. My husband suggested not to put too much hope and look for a backup plan. HOWEVER, they answered my email promptly. The next morning I saw that the image had been shipped. It arrived in time (from Florida to California) in perfect condition. Our cake looks awesome!

So edible cake image hid my review I did on 2/10/23 on a site they use called judge.me which allows them to moderate their reviews, however another customer posted a review same day as I did and they allowed it to be displayed!! I gave a 1 star and the white lady gave a 5 star review. Don’t worry I’ll post here and everywhere else I can with how horrible their customer service is, my image was ruined, they give you a tracking number, but don’t tell you that it’s a possibility that USPS may not scan you item, so you won’t be able to track it!! I contacted them numerous times during their business operating hrs that they have on display, and no answer!!! Idk if they packaged my item incorrectly or if the USPS damaged my item, but it looked awful!

I wish there was some way to make this person stop interacting with customers.The owner refuses to provide what I paid for. I paid for three proofs to be approved before order processing. They processed (no proofs) the order which arrived unusable. They refused to send the proofs. The person communicating with me told me I will get what he feels like sending, be happy with that and shut up.He acknowledges I paid for more but he didn't think it was worth sending. He has now threatened me (with online retribution and more). I am happy to share all email communication. He offered me a refund and then refused to send it. He refuses to even refund me for the proofs he refused to send.I wish I had read the previous customer reviews. The person running this business is not simply a crook, he is dangerous.I am relieved we have security because this person is not safe to know your address.Be very careful! He needs to be shut down.

Received my order without my son's name or age in it. When I clearly specified it when I order it. Even made my husband double check before sending because i wanted everything perfect. Not sure if something went wrong with their website but instead of fixing the problem they told me I didn't personalize it.I wouldn't order a blank thing. Now my son's birthday is ruined thanks. They didn't even try to compromise

Not sure what all these negative reviews are for, but ive gone in person numerous times and have been very greatful that the work is done in a quick wait time, great prices, and always beautiful. Very amazing shop that I continue to use through the years
