My boyfriend stood in line for 15 minutes while he was the only one in line & the manager was just looking at him eating their meal. He asked the manager because he had already been waiting & there was only one person working but the manager did not move or care. Horrible management. My boyfriend left out of frustration. I’ve been to other einstein before & never experienced this. This location is gonna keep losing money if you don’t change the manager & hire better employees

The queue to place the order took 10 minutes, then I waited for almost 30 minutes for my order to be ready, when it arrived there was still 1 sandwich missing. The employees are completely unprepared.

Unlike some of the reviews, we had a very great experience. Food and drinks were good. My wife ordered a Caramel ice coffee and was too sweet. The manager was nice enough to replace it. Thank you! She was super nice and helpful! Appreciate you for your hardwork Ms.Manager.

Sadly I’m joining the other customer reviews and sharing my poor experiences at this location. Rude cashier, yelled at me when I didn’t hear her call our my order. I’m also starting to realize this management doesn’t actually care about all the customer feedback they have received in these google reviews. Just the classic ‘feel free to leave a review on our website.’ How about this, educate your staff on attitude and customer service or terminate them to maintain customer satisfaction or you will unfortunately go out of business. Its literally driving customers away.

Employees faces read the bare minimum, 20 minutes to get a box of plain bagels with 3 people in the store. they made like five bagels for the day, and after I already paid for my order then 10 mins into waiting they told me they run out of plain bagels probably because they got another order and we’re too lazy to make more

This place advertises inaccurate prices on their order board… when you point this out to the employees they shrug and do nothing to correct the issue. 2 egg sandwich that is advertised for $6.99 rings up for $7.19… apparently staff are unable to do anything about this and also do not care.Don’t support these extremely customer unfriendly business practices.

Prices for the bowl are insane. They were literally counting the chicken and plantains. They were holding back on the rice (the base).Count them: 11 small cubes of chicken, 4 half sized plantains, little corner of cheese. ???
