One of my favorite, go-to stops for breakfast. The mobile ordering is very convenient. My order is always ready in under 10 minutes and the sandwiches are consistently good. They have saved me many times from being late to work with their quick service. I appreciate everyone here, but I do have to mention that Edwin, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

Before everyone gets upset with my rating here, just let me say I do love their bagels! My major issues with Einstein Bagels are two-fold: the coffee isn't fresh and they close at 2PM.

I'm sorry, but why can't they make fresh coffee like a real coffee house? Even 7Elevens have fresh coffee! I don't enjoy lukewarm coffee that I have to pump out of a container. I'm convinced these containers are filled when they open in the morning and are not refreshed for the entire day until they close at 2.

And why do they close at 2??? I was dying for some coffee at 2:30 one afternoon after shopping at DSW in the same mall. Too bad apparently! Do they have any idea the business they are missing? I'm sure they do but I'd love to fully understand their overall business plan because it makes no sense to me at all.

However, I do love the food. I would love it even more if I could have a late afternoon snack of one of their sandwiches AND SOME COFFEE!

I placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, I arrived 20 minutes later and was told it was not ready. I sat for another 20 minutes waiting in view of the employee I spoke to. Eventually I got up and asked a different employee if my food was almost ready and he handed it to me. So either it was ready the whole time and the first employee didn’t actually look, or it was ready at some point and she didnt say anything to me even though I was sitting right in front of her. Hopefully these bagels are good microwaved since I received them cold

I always order ahead and my food is ready even when the time is less than the 20 minutes in the app. Friendly staff. Yes, the prices have gone up, but so has everything else.

I just had an amazing experience with the whole staff at the Einstein at 12180 W Kendall Drive. I showed up 15 mins before opening time and they gladly opened their doors for me and let me order 2 dozens of bagels with no problem. Very accommodating and a great attitude. Will be coming back! The manager super nice and other employees as well.

Terrible experience from start to finish.

My sister and I decided to grab a quick bite from Einstein Bagels due to our busy schedule. Unfortunately, the app didn’t allow me to customize my order, so I had to order in person while my sister ordered ahead.

When we arrived, the parking lot was a nightmare—no space to park or even drive through. Once inside, my sister’s order was behind the counter, but no one acknowledged her. She had to wait in line with me, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.

When it was my turn to order, I had the misfortune of dealing with Sophia, whose customer service skills were subpar. She seemed irritated, avoided eye contact, & didn’t bother responding with a simple “you’re welcome” after being thanked.

To top it all off, I waited nearly 20 minutes for an egg sandwich, only to receive it cold. What was the wait for?

Overall, this was an unpleasant experience. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Terrible customer service. The more employees they have, the worse service they give. They were more busy drinking coffee with each other than serving customers!!

One of the old women treats you like you're stupid just for asking about the menu.

I was a regular customer, but I will never visit this location again.

If you’re not a “regular” Don’t bother coming. Seems that the employees don’t want to be bothered with customers they don’t know. They are in a rush to get you out of the way. Simply horrendous service.
