Not food
I’ve been here twice in the last 10 days and I got subpar off-brand cream cheese both times. Half the reason I go to Einsteins is for their good whipped cream cheese.
The service wasn’t too slow and the employees were doing their best.
We went to the one in d section of Miami. The staff here were so rude we didn’t even end up getting anything. We waited in a moderately long line and had a party of 6 that included 3 adults and 3 small children. I was getting milk out of the fridge while the rest of my family was looking at the menu. The lady at the front very rudely said “can the next guest that is actually READY come up?” We had been at the front for all of 10 seconds and were looking at the menu and giving the kids a couple choices. We had never been here before so we needed just a few seconds and it was hard to see the menu before you got to the front. It was at that point that we decided to leave and not give this place our business. Please be advised on the level of (or lack thereof) customer service when approaching this business because it seems they don’t care about that there. They missed out on a big sale!
Got coffee here in the early morning. Good coffee, quick service.
THE SLOWEST FOOD SERVICE EVER!!!
30 min for a single toasted bagel with butter.
Left food because Flight was boarding.
Fix your business or shut it down.
Nova Lox on green chili bagel add on Egg and Avocado - highly recommended!
They call 'ready' orders by name, chaos! People waiting a while don't hear their name called. Ice coffee was good. Service kind of slow. Did not order two eggs on our bagels but we got and paid for two eggs on her bagels.
I got the Tasty Turkey on Asiago Bagel. Best damn bagel sandwich Ive ever had!!!
Best bakery in MIA Airport. Fresh bagels, delicious coffee with almond milk. Paid $9 for everything including taxes. Attentive and courteous customer service.

Note: Einstein Bagels is in Concourse D, next to Gate D26, and not between Concourses H and J as Google Map has shown in the past.

This place is a study in incompetence. If you have to catch a flight go somewhere else.

$8 and I got a burnt bagel

Update: As per Einstein Bagels response, I went to their contact page to submit more information. Wouldn't you know it but the submit button is disabled! Ill share my feedback here: If my bagel was burnt, then the toaster setting was wrong. If the toaster setting was wrong, everyone else's bagel was also burnt. And if burnt bagels were coming out of the toaster, why did the employees a) decide to hand burnt bagels out to customers and b) opt not to adjust the toaster settings?

My girlfriend and I got breakfast here about a month ago and everyone from the manager (Mary) to her workers (Juliana) and the rest of her crew were nothing but super helpful AND so friendly and cheery while doing their jobs that my girlfriend and I were talking about our experience with them the rest of the day. It wasn't simply just about the outstanding service or the very good bagel and coffee, it was how they went about their jobs and how they interacted with not only us, but other costumers as well. From a man who couldn't be bothered to get his coffee while talking on the phone, to a group of unfriendly customers who all seemingly wanted to order at the same time, the employees handled everyone and everything with a smile on their faces the entire time. It's employees like the ones at this location that should be celebrated and recognized for not only doing an awesome job, but going above and beyond for their customers simply getting breakfast. Thank you Mary, Juliana, and the rest of the folks at this particular Einstein Bagels and for as long as I'm traveling through Miami airport I will be going out of my way to spend my money here. Thanks again. - Ben.

I frequent Einstiens and never had a stale bagel until today. I purchased in concourse D MIA. This bagel was inedible. 2bites and I threw it in the garbage. This bagels was days old. Skip it and go to any other place in the airport.
