$8 and I got a burnt bagel _________________ Update: As per Einstein Bagels response, I went to their contact page to submit more information. Wouldn't you know it but the submit button is disabled! Ill share my feedback here: If my bagel was burnt, then the toaster setting was wrong. If the toaster setting was wrong, everyone else's bagel was also burnt. And if burnt bagels were coming out of the toaster, why did the employees a) decide to hand burnt bagels out to customers and b) opt not to adjust the toaster settings?

My girlfriend and I got breakfast here about a month ago and everyone from the manager (Mary) to her workers (Juliana) and the rest of her crew were nothing but super helpful AND so friendly and cheery while doing their jobs that my girlfriend and I were talking about our experience with them the rest of the day. It wasn't simply just about the outstanding service or the very good bagel and coffee, it was how they went about their jobs and how they interacted with not only us, but other costumers as well. From a man who couldn't be bothered to get his coffee while talking on the phone, to a group of unfriendly customers who all seemingly wanted to order at the same time, the employees handled everyone and everything with a smile on their faces the entire time. It's employees like the ones at this location that should be celebrated and recognized for not only doing an awesome job, but going above and beyond for their customers simply getting breakfast. Thank you Mary, Juliana, and the rest of the folks at this particular Einstein Bagels and for as long as I'm traveling through Miami airport I will be going out of my way to spend my money here. I frequent Einstiens and never had a stale bagel until today. I purchased in concourse D MIA. This bagel was inedible. 2bites and I threw it in the garbage. This bagels was days old. Skip it and go to any other place in the airport.

Poor experience at this location. It was clear there was no leadership as orders were taken out of order, the coffee machine was backed up and we ended up waiting about 15 minutes for our own order despite 4 people on staff. Even the order-taker was getting upset with his coworkers as he was trying to juggle taking orders and completing them. We were informed after everything was finally ready that they were out of iced tea. They stated it matter of fact, no apology, no offer for a refund, waiting for me to provide them solutions. My breakfast burrito lacked any condiment or sauce. I should have thrown it out. I would have been extremely embarrassed if I owned this location and saw how they conduct the operation here.

There are many different bagels. to choose from. There are also other baked goods. They have several cream cheese flavors for your bagel. My bagel was warm and had a good amount of cream cheese on it. Service was good but not quick. The pizza bagel felt a bit over cooked. It did have good flavors and tasted like pepperoni pizza. Overall good experience.

This is my first time at the Miami airport and I went to this establishment for breakfast at 5:26am 6/14 check #20. I love Einsteins back in Arizona and never seen such horrible service. Employee named Mary C was so rude/ impatient! especially to those who didn't speak English very well!!!. The only friendly and nice worker was Shaquita!
