Per usual for Miami airport; staff is super bland and not trying to be professional. Just super rushed and hectic. Food is not fresh or made to order. Disappointing for an Einstein Bros. Bagels bc they have the potential to be so good! Just slapped together, the edges of the salmon was dried out(old), crapes were dried out as well, and bagel stale. The coffee was good but only filled to 3/4 for the large. For $22.00 I highly don’t recommend.

Huge thank you to the team that helped me Sunday morning (1/4/26)! The service was amazing from the start, but it truly showed when I accidentally spilt my coffee on the counter. I was embarrassed and felt terrible about the mess, but the team was so incredibly kind about the situation that it truly made my day. They assured me it was okay, they insisted they would clean up the spill and immediately started to make me a new coffee. I only got the cashiers name (Mary C.), but I would just like to say thank you to the entire team that helped me. 10/10 and the food/coffee was great as well. Thank you!!

How do you not have Nova Lox? You have do you not have onion bagels? How do you not have chive cream cheese seriously it’s 9 o’clock in the morning and then you tell me oh I’ll have it later. It’s only 9 o’clock in the morning. You’re already out. This isn’t the first time it’s becoming constant. It’s unacceptable.
I’ve been here twice in the last 10 days and I got subpar off-brand cream cheese both times. Half the reason I go to Einsteins is for their good whipped cream cheese.
The service wasn’t too slow and the employees were doing their best.

We went to the one in d section of Miami. The staff here were so rude we didn’t even end up getting anything. We waited in a moderately long line and had a party of 6 that included 3 adults and 3 small children. I was getting milk out of the fridge while the rest of my family was looking at the menu. The lady at the front very rudely said “can the next guest that is actually READY come up?” We had been at the front for all of 10 seconds and were looking at the menu and giving the kids a couple choices. We had never been here before so we needed just a few seconds and it was hard to see the menu before you got to the front. It was at that point that we decided to leave and not give this place our business. Please be advised on the level of (or lack thereof) customer service when approaching this business because it seems they don’t care about that there. They missed out on a big sale!
