I’m not sure how this place operates. The bagels and sandwiches are very good, just ridiculously overpriced. The issue with this place is it takes 30/45 minutes to make a sandwich. This is obnoxious. There is not one thing on their menu that should take more than 10 minutes to make. I’ll place my order online and it’s still 45 minutes. Get it together!

This place is a gem in Miami, it's authenticity is felt from the moment you walk in. I've only encountered great service here, even in the busiest of times when lines extend all the way outside. The coffee is dope and the bagels are the sh!t. Keep doing you El Bagel!

SO good! Best bagels in South Florida. I got the lox supreme on an everything bagel and a delicious iced latte… they brew their own cold brew! Sunday mornings are busy but they were friendly and efficient.

My holiday order was missing 12 bagles yesterday! It was just a empty box unfortunately I trusted everything was there and didn't check myself by the time we noticed it was to late also no phone number to call?? I understand it was a busy holiday but come ona!!!
Wow. Best bagel 🥯 sandwich like ever. Had the SEC with maple sausage. Definitely to die for. Not cheap, but worth it. Nathan, The gentleman at the counter was so helpful and fun to talk to. We'll be back when we're back in town.

Yikes. The short girl who runs the front is pretty rude. Came in for a pickup and the girl continues ro work while we ask for our pickup. We had to show her our order 10 times because she wouldn't look at the screen. On top of that, she was rude about the whole situation ( we had to tell her 'you are not paying attention to us and we are right in front of you." ) One and done for us ( parking is horrendous )
