I’m very pleased with the authentic flavor that came from each dish. The Puerto Rican flavors were bold and fresh. Almost felt like I was back at my Abuela’s house. There aren’t many places in Miami that I can count on for a meal like that. The ambience was nice, and the service was quick! This restaurant is definitely a go to if you’re looking for a fulfilling meat that gives you that comforting feeling.

I’m reading the reviews on here and people talking about how good the food is. They obviously have not tasted authentic Puerto Rican food. This is definitely not Puerto Rican food. It was lacking all the condiments that are used to truly make a good arros con guandules … they gave me some dry rice with no flavor and the chuletas we’re burnt with no flavor .. my mother had soup which was OK the pana tostones were ok .. but nothing to write home about.. oh and my wife’s chicharon de purco was dry and burnt .. Won’t be going back hope this help someone Before they make a mistake

The food was delicious but service was slow... good fresh food takes time and it was worth the wait. And the kitchen was busy. We had alcapurrias, bacalaito, and mofongo con carne frita. They also serve warm bread with butter and a side of garlic dip. Every was great!

Best Puerto Rican food in Miami....I have been hitting this spot for many years. It never disappoints, it actually has gotten better!! The food was extra delicious this visit and I noticed that they opened a few tables in the back. The pasteles, alcapurias, bacalaoito and morcilla are as good as my grandmother used to make. Would highly recommend ❤️

As a Puerto Rican I love this place. I use to eat there a lot and though I give it 5 stars I do have some concerns. I use to eat here and I would go in routinely and never got properly greeted like I see other people coming in, I'm not sure why but I see people who work there around the neighborhood and in front of the business when I walk by or go to eat and they never acknowledge me unless I'm buying something so these workers are impersonal. Some advice to the people who work there, smile and be courteous to all and not just those who buy from you. I eat there all the time and never felt welcomed.
