this is the most horrible place to eat!!! I went yesterday with my husband,we wait 1 hour for the food, and was just a pan con bistec que estaba quemado y duro como una piedra!!!y las camareras lo más chusma de este planeta ,una negrita y otra con dos litros de agua oxigenada en la cabeza, osea "rubia" super mal educadas y atrasadas !!! nunca lo recomendaré!

OK, we saw this on a travel show, and my kids really wanted to try it out. It is an order at the counter, get in a Styrofoam container and eat in the picnic table place… The food is outstanding! There is a huge variety of ethnic food so you have to just try a little bit of everything. It is a really fun place to take your family and let them each pick something. It’s very affordable / the price is right! I am traveling with a family of four, an 18-year-old, 12-year-old and two parents. We all got something different and we had a ball. I would recommend going hungry between lunch and dinner and making it an afternoon.

Very discriminating place! If you don’t speak Spanish, absolutely no one is available to take your order. Don’t ask for a manager, NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. English speakers are simply not welcome . The menu is completely in Spanish with no translation. It is clear that you people only serve Hispanics. Everyone else can obviously go to hell. Shame on you people?.

Disappointing food....ordered a sandwich, expecting good ethnic food and actually had to force myself to eat what I ordered because it only took one bite to kill my appetite.

You get a lot of food for what you pay but the food quality isn’t too great. But if your not picky I’d recommend it especially if you’re on a budget. 6/10

Palacio de los Jugos ruined my New Years Eve. Not only are we regular customers, we have brought every guest of ours here for breakfast every day so when it was time for our NYE dinner, Palacio was our top choice for catering. We came in and ordered nearly $200 worth of food, with the lechon (pork) being the star of the show so imagine my surprise when dinner time comes and we open up our food to find tamales instead of lechon. We called to try to resolve the issue that night but Dary , who answered the phone, mentioned she had just given the last lechon away but we should come in the next day to pick one up. The next day, which is today, came by and we called Palacio first thing only to have the unpleasant Dary tell us that we need to pay for a new lechon because we ate the tamales. So what were we supposed to do, Dary? Tell our guests that they need to each rice and beans for dinner because this restaurant made a mistake and refused to fix it? No, we had our guests eat the masa (and only masa) filled tamales and continued with our night. Dary kindly (a joke) offered to give us the difference, which to her was $5, for a $95 pork vs. $35 tamales. Don't go to Palacio if you're looking to take a pork home, or for tamales with actual filling because you will be extremely disappointed. Ps: the empanadas are drier than the Sahara desert and the croquetas are all masa too.

Tropical fresh juices you will find if in season. You can ask fir a cep or a half gallon or a gallon and if available they will serve you immediately and it will have no additives. Fresh juice at its best but it must be consumed rapidly or it will ferment.

We were visiting Miami and wanted to experience authentic Cuban food. Found this restaurant on TripAdvisor. It was clean, very busy with locals, and had so many different dishes to choose from. The Cuban sandwich was very tasty. I had roast pork, plantains, and rice. Portions are huge and very inexpensive. The only thing is if you don’t speak Spanish, you’ll need someone to help you out with ordering. No complaints about that because it’s exactly the authenticity we were looking for. I could eat here every week. Wonderful, delicious experience! Highly recommend!

Where do I begin? I don't know what's the deal with not having A/C, they have fans all over but this is Miami, it's HOTT. We're in the USA, why no A/C? And if the A/C was on they must keep it at 80 degrees. They had a Big Red sign for Online orders pick up. You stand there, staff walks by completely ignoring you. If you're from SFl especially if you're from Miami never expect stellar customer service so whatever no biggie plus it's Hialeah, expected. I acknowledge it's a busy business so after like 5 mins or so standing like a moron continuously being ignored I finally asked a lady if I was standing in the right area for online pick up, though I had a big red sign literally above me that stated that. She answered me, as if I was bothering her, and told me to go stand in the opposite corner and said someone will eventually notice me and assist me. Okay, so I did as instructed as people just flocked around me trying to get a look at the food behind the glass as I try to dodge them bc there was ZERO social distancing, nothing having to do w/ Covid one of my pet peeves is people intruding my personal space and hovering over me. Not to mention it was hot. Finally, the same lady that told me to go stand in the corner asked me what I ordered. I gave her my name and told her what I ordered, perhaps more like screamed over the glass bc with all the cafeteria chatter you can barely hear what the staff is saying. I guess my order was too much for her and instructed me to go to another section and go ask them to help me with the same annoyed attitude. I go over to this other section I'm sent to. I tell her about my pick up order, this girl was actually nice. She looked up my order and she went over to another section where there's another cashier and a 2nd line, it was quite confusing and seemed disorganized in there. She comes back to me and tells me one of the dishes I ordered they ran out of so asks me what else would I prefer. I asked if they had 'carne con papa' and she tell me yes. So now this second cashier puts my food together and finally after a few mins hands me my bag. At this point I'm probably there a good 15 mins or more. I of course must check my food before leaving any business to be sure it's all good. The 'carne con papa' had two small pieces of meat, plenty of rice of course and a small clear container the kind you normally get for like a dipping sauce and this was the beans. Tiny little clear container you could literally count how many beans you got if I had put the petty effort to do so. I was also missing a side of tostones. I went back to the cashier honestly thinking they had giving me the wrong meal, I had ordered a few other things. I told her I was suppose to get the 'carne con papa' and not sure what this is but I said look there's not even one potato and I didn't get my extra side order of tostones. I promise I didn't ask in any rude way or anything. She was immediately annoyed and tells me that is the carne con papa meal and that's what I ordered. So I said but there's no potato on here, she tells me well I gave you an extra piece of meat you are only suppose to get ONE and a piece of potato would not fit in the container. Guys these pieces of meat were like 2" at best. She tells me that I ordered the 'Completa Pequena' and that's what I get. I then tell her I'll pay for at least one potato which she said would be .50 per piece of potato, ridiculous but whatever it was for my mom. I also reminded her abt the side of tostones. She tells me I had them in the meal and I only get one. I tell her no I paid for an Extra side of tostones, even showed her receipt and she kept arguing that I ordered the small completa and I don't get more. I kept trying to explain that I had paid for an Extra side of tostones, kept showing her receipt and it's like she was set that I only get ONE toston in my meal which again was separate. She walked away with an attitude and cam

We decided to go to Palacio de los Jugos after getting off the plane at MIA. It is an amazing cafeteria with different types of foods in buffet style. The portions are enormous and the juices are amazing.

This is basically a cafeteria. They have about 40 different items. No English was spoken by the servers - but that is part of the charm. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Super affordable anc delicious. This is where the locals eat!

Wow!!! Just WOW. Spectacular flavors, great customer service, amazing prices! We are on our honeymoon and looking for real authentic cuisine. Don’t let the market feel fool your. Better than the expensive South Miami restaurants. So good we had to come 3times while on our stay from Texas.

I used to do reviews on every restaurant I been to, from Spain to Italy to Mexico and Canada and then stopped for a while...This restaurant right here made me want to start reviewing again, Me and my family found this place by luck on the day of our departure from the US because the place we were originally supposed to go to had a long wait list...Trust me when I say I’m glad this happened, the food is great, the place is clean and its really chill, the juices are really fresh and the empanadas were amazing. I’m definitely going back there next time I’m in Miami, and I recommend this place to anyone, literally.
