My first time at this place, my experience was wonderful, the presentation of the dishes and their flavor, exquisite. The most surprising thing (especially these days and in Miami) was the excellent customer service we received from Yavlisvel, who was in charge of explaining to us the preparation of each dish in detail accompanied by a friendly smile, always aware of every detail and eager to make us feel very comfortable and eager to return. Thank you for everything.
Exceptional on all accounts. By far, the very best grilled octopus in town. Usually, I tend to not order octopus because many restaurants happen to overcook it to a rubbery texture. Not here! So tender and juicy, grilled to the perfect state. The lobster, sea bass, and risotto chef's special was sublime! Amazing food. Excellent service.
I visited El Chaman on Saturday 01/25/25 for dinner with friends and WOW what great food and service. I had the chef special with Seabass and Lobster with Risotto and it was amazing. From the appetizers to the main course and desert, their is no other Peruvian restaurant that comes close to El Chaman. I highly recommend them, you will love it!
