El Chaman is an amazing restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious — full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed meal or a night out with friends. On top of that, the service is excellent; the staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel truly welcome. I highly recommend El Chaman if you’re looking for great food, great atmosphere, and great service!
We’ve been here many times but TODAY was OVER THE TOP. If you truly enjoy great peruvian food, there is no other than this place. There are plenty of ceviche places but sorry, no one comes close. They are consistent in their super fresh quality. We go out of our way to come here. We usually have shrimp ceviche (always super fresh, not frozen & deveined), and the Jalea de Dioses. Like WOW! The service was also excellent - Stephany, our server was SUPER!
Yesterday was our first time at this place and the service was outstanding. As soon as we mentioned to the host that it was our first visit, the waitress immediately came over and was extremely helpful — such a great touch! The food was incredible: fresh, well-balanced, delicious, beautifully presented, and with generous portions. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, with live music that adds to the experience. Truly a hidden gem — I highly recommend it!
