We were headed to another Puerto Rican restaurant but it was closed already. So as we were heading to another place we noticed the restaurant Oby so we stopped in. It was great. El Chinchorro de ObyI was looking for this small restaurant I saw on Yelp on a rainy day. GPS tells me that I have arrived at my destination but I miss it. If it wasn’t for a lone Puerto Rican flag by the door, I almost keep driving and dismiss it as if it was a false Yelp page. Thank God I did not!This little place is tiny, with a counter that sits about four people max and a small table for two.
